i am 31, 5'11 180 with about 15% bf and am thinking about taking. i really dont care about being big, more lean and cut. i lift 3 times a week with very high intensity and do cardio the others. i asked a guy about taking and he is suggesting anadrol 50 stacked with winstrol, both oral both every day. as i said i am new to this and am worried about liver probs. i have done a good bit of research and told him my concerns and he said 6weeks on the stuff wont hurt. i trust this guy, but I am worried. should i be and is there a better 1st time option. btw i DONT want to look like i have taken. and also my diet is pretty good and if i do it, it will be great. i have been training pretty hard for about 5 months and want to see better results.

no anadrol thats for mass. go with some primo or EQ and some var and winny 12 weeker. more specific go with the primo or EQ for 12 weeks at 600mg/wk and the var for first 5wks and winny last 4 weeks.
 
gotcha, very expensive isnt it? do you have any suggestions to my problem? i dont want to kill my liver.

Don't trust this guy if he is telling you to take anadrol for cutting he knows nothing. Do some more research if you don't know what var is you need to do more research.
 
found out what var is. sounds good, but info says its hard to get and VERY expensive. 300-500 per dose. i dont mind that so much, but need to do more research. but it sounds good. thanks. do you have any suggestions?
 
sounds pretty good. so it would be good with win? this sounds like the safest as far as liver health goes..any opinions? the other one the guy suggested was halotestin. bad for liver as well

Agreed. When I think about my ex old lady spending $1000 on a purse and $400 on a pair of shoes she might wear 4x a year, var doesn't seem that expensive at all.

And newb-there are guys that take stuff and get little or no results-so be excited if "you look like" you're on something-cuz many guys don't even get that and it's their primary goal in life.

I still say straight test for a 1st cycle. Chances are there's not as much muscle under your fat as you think. You may hold some water, but you'll reduce bf and gain muscle as long as your diet/training is on point-and that's a big "if" Next cycle start adding extra stuff like Var or Winny.
 
At the 5-month mark, you want to be in the training forum rather than looking for gear. You've barely scratched the surface of your natural gains and, much as you'd like to think otherwise, don't really know how to train to good effect yet.

You need more training experience under your belt and finer control of your diet before thinking of taking gear.
 
Yea,I second what Blut says,I am 31 and have been lifting steady for close to 10 years natural ,and will soon be starting my first cycle......you have a long ways to go and can make some pretty nice gains yet before you start,10 years later and I am still finding ways to change up my workout and diet to promote growth......give it some time.
 
Another thing newbs don't realize is that joint and tendon strength doesn't strengthen as quickly as muscle does. With that being said the relatively quick strength gains you make on AS as a newbie you're opening yourself up to a shitload of injuries. As far as achieving your fitness goals are concened, injuries will set you back worse than anything.

Not working out cuz you're too lazy or too busy is one thing, but not being able to workout because you can't because you are hurt truly sucks the big one.
 
I didnt just pick up weights 5 months ago. I just started with a trainer 5 months ago and my job requires heavy lifting, like handleing 400-500 pound drums, so ive got some base. but i would like to try this for six weeks and see what happens. whould it be ok with win only?

bro, LISTEN to this advice. Do NOT do a winny only cycle for your first cycle, or hell don't ever do a winny only cycle.

I'm not going to go into why i don't think you are ready for juice and why i am almost positive you don't know enough about training and diet because i know you are likely going to take steroids anyways

and i'd be willing to bet you are scared of needles as most newbies are because you are wanting to take winstrol or anadrol. Well listen to me, if you are scared of needles forget about doing steroids....OK

But if you are hell bent on doing steroids get you some test enanthate like bigcracker said and run a test only cycle for 10 weeks. 500mg/week and you will also need to research anti estrogens, post cycle therapy, and a lot of other shit before you get started. You got a lot to learn bro, so be patient and please don't jump on some oral cycle your dumbass buddy at the gym sets up for you. Obviously he isn't very smart if he is recommending an anadrol/winny stack for a first cycle

listen to DrrMan. he's a good bro, and just gave you ALMOST every piece of info that you need currently . Only thing I might add is get your diet in check, meaning, find out what "diet" means, find out how to eat right, eat clean, and most of all find out what type of diet works best for yourself and your goals. I was dumb and did a winny only cycle for my first run with AAS. I did "some" research as far as steroid profiles before I started, but didn't join Elite Fitness until a month after I did the winny only cycle. listen to these guys, stick around, and you will get the hang of everything and find out which bros are key and know there stuff and know which ones arent. If you prepare, research, learn how to eat right, and most of all be patient, you will be so much happier with your results. Also, you could do a 14week EQ cycle if you want to go mild and just add say 15lbs of mass to your frame rather than run test. I was one of the guys that said "hey I dont want to BLOW up"....well that is stupid , and your diet will control 90% or more of what your body does. My next cycle will have TEST in it, and I will eat right and gain as much muscle as possible while staying lean and hopefully dropping bodyfat. As far as people "knowing" you are on steroids, many ppl will look at a guy who trains his ass off and eats perfect and say "oh that guy is juicin" , when really he isn't. And then there are guys who run extreme amounts of juice and look like shit and nobody wants their physique. Gluck bro

Oh, sorry for the long ass post, but you seem to be a bro that can be helped before it's too late so I thought it would be worth putting in the extra effort to get you set up .
 
No, its not too long and I appreciate it. actually thanks to everyone who had given me advise. I will take into consideration.
 
I took my 1st cycle before i knew really anything about good dieting make some alright gains. I jumped on the 5 x 5 and learned more about lifting and eating and made better gaines just off that alone than i did my 1st cycle. Take blutwumps advice and stick around on the training forum. People would be suprised if they knew what they could do with proper training and dieting.

i agree with what everyone has said here to bro., your trainer def. gave you some bad advise, im not a pro or anyhting but ive done a good bit of homework, enough to know thats a bad idea. and bigcracker is exactly right ab. injuries, i did exactly what he is talking about like 1 1/2 ago. got strong as shit on some drol. thought i was superman and really screwed my shoulder up..we just dont want that to happen to you...take a lil time man do some more checkin and reading, better to do it right the first time than to learn the hard way. good luck bro, keep workin hard
