Newbie-Winstrol Help

The scariest part of this thread is the blind overconfidence this guy has in his own knowledge base of AS. I see these 30 something fuckers in the gym that are the same way about training. They think 6 sets of 6 on flat bench is the only exercise that they need to do in addition to curls for the girls. Where do they get their vast knowledge from? Most likely some fat ass alcoholic football coach they had in high school 15 yrs ago. Therefore they think that they already know their shit and need no further instruction-as they drill another hole in their weight belt to accomodate their growing waistline.

Very true, im sure that this guy share his "knowledge" :rolleyes: with others too. This becomes a vicious cyclle of misinformation..
 
dude throw some anavar in... do 10 weeks of anavar and the last 6 do the win.. and run some 400mg of primobolan the whole 10 and you can have a low calorie diet and get cut up.
 
I did winstrol only tabs years ago before I knew what I was doing. I know now that I am a dumbass. At the time it seemed like a good idea. The guy who sold them to me was huge. Thought they had to work. :) Needless to say, I got no gains whatsoever. Just spent a lot of time crushing pills and lifting. I didn't eat right either. Good times.

You mean you can't just bench and do curls if you want to look like Ronnie Coleman. FUCK. Now I have to change up my workout routine. Thanks for ruining my workouts, :evil:

Sorry bro-don't shoot the messenger. I should probably add that even though it may seem like a waste of time ciuz wearing pants 24/7 is an option-working your legs once in awhile can really offer balance to your physique over time. Now talk to the hand.

Do more reaserch about AAS; As Drrman said from your post it seems u know nothing about AAS.

Go to the Diet forum and read as much u can

Go to the training forum and again read, read and read..
