Newbie Wandering Where To Start

Ok I am new and want to know where to start.

My build and personal info:

5'11''
250lbs
I dont know my body fat % But i can loose a few.
I lift arms one day legs the next in a continuous cycle.
I realy want to just tone up to start.

Can some of you more experienced people inform me on what I should start out with.I want to know what I should start out taking as far as steroids go. With whatever you suggest can you include response times and maybe links to documentation on the steroid.

Yeah, let me be the first to tell you to go back to the drawing board.

Arms one day, legs the next? No chest? Back? I hope you do more than that...

And if you're workouts aren't so good, how is your diet? You won't gain any muscular weight on Twinkies and Coke.

Steroids aren't magic. If you don't know how to put on muscular weight without them, you won't be able to do it with them.

I'm not trying to knock you. I just don't want to see you hurt yourself or waste your money if you don't know alot about what it takes to make gains.

The "arms one day, legs the next" thing is really throwing me off.
 
That was my first question as stated in the first reply. Don't look at steroids as a tool you should use right now. First find out what is going on with your diet and find a solid routine that you can use to get yourself to a better starting point before you decide on when and what steroids to use. Just get your basics out of the way.

If you have not read or heard this yet, you will begin to hear and read it, but steroids are really only a small portion of the equation for building muscle and getting into better shape. Things like your diet, training, and rest are the absolute most important parts of the equation and I cannot stress that enough.

Instead, for the time being, get your diet and training figured out and use the time while you experiment with that to read and learn about what steroids can do for you and which ones you want to someday use.

Get diet and training right and get as far as you can with that. Once you plateau, then consider using gear. Sounds like you have a ways to go. Go get you bf% checked out and let us know.
