newbie trying first cycle.....please advise

Hey guys, i have been behind the scenes reading post after post and i always seem to learn something new each time i visit the site. I have always pondered the thought of a cycle of steroids but never knew enough about them to give it a try (did not want to dive in blind). God forbid I listen to all the schmoze around here on juice that take everything they can all at one time. Since you guys are the authorities on what works and how to take it, i was wondering if one of you would be able to steer me in the right direction as far as a first cycle is concerned. I am a stranger to steroids but certainly not to fitness or bodybuilding. I have been a personal trainer since college but never dove into the deep end with the steroids. I know the basics but certainly not enough to create my own cycle without knowing more and feeling comfotable with what i know about what i am taking Hopefully you guys can set me straight here.
I am 30 yrs old....6'2" 213 right now at about 12-14 % bodyfat. As i said i am no stranger to hardcore training as i have seen the contents of my stomach many times over training for baseball both at the collegiate level and in the minor leagues. Normally i workout 5 days a week doing cardio 3 of those days along with the strength training. After setting my goals and reading the boards, i was thinking about trying the Fina. I also want to use Clen to cut down to about 7-10 % BF before i start the Fina. I really want to be lean before i start the Fina. Would it be better to use them both at the same time ? Fina and then clen at the end ? My goal is to put a hard 5-10 lbs of muscle on. I would love to be at about 8% body fat weighing in at about 220-225. My body responds very well to exercise and even better to a strict diet. I know there are other "stacks" out there but for someone who has no source for the stuff...the fina was my obvious choice due to the results i have been reading about and also the price and availability. A 6 week cycle did not sound harsh to me either. Sorry about the rambling here !
Here are my questions in a nutshell....

Do you think the Fina would be a good start for me as far as a first cycle ?
Should i inject EOD or ED ?
If i do use the Fina do i need to use any post cycle supps?
Should i use the Clen before, during, or after the Fina ?
Also, would someone be able to outline a Fina cycle for me ?

I would like to apologize for the long thread here but i have been biting my fingernails for the last 3 months trying to get up the nerve to give the injectable vitmains a try and ask you guys what may seem like stupid questions. Any help what so ever is greatly appreciated, even if it is directing me around the board to the answers to these questions.
 
fina is not your best bet if you are a newbie trying your first cycle. it is better reserved for vets.

try one steroid like tesoterone to see how you respond without stacking it with anything else (like deca). if you want you could frontload with dbol

try something like this:
weeks 1-4 dbol 25-30mg/day
weeks 1-10 test 500mg/week

follow up with proper PCT and have the right antiestrogens on hand for gyno/bloat issues and you should do well as long as diet/training/sleep are in check.
 
I just came off of Deca cycle 400mg/wk for wks 1-10 and Anavar 30mg/dy wks 4-8 and it was perfect. There were some worries about gyno and deca dick, but I've got loads of pct planned so I should be limp tittied guy free. I put on 12-15 lbs of solid muscle and my bench went up from 6 reps at 165 to 6 reps at 235. I was taking clen and eca alternating through out the cycle which cut down a lot on the body fat, but probably limited my gains. I've read up quite a bit on equipoise and that's definitely what I will cycle next with more var. You should check into it....safe with solid growth that is easier to maintain post cycle. I'm pretty novice too, but from talking to people, it's difficult to hold on to all of your test gains.
 
Since you play baseball, I would say forget about the fina, throw in Eq and anavar, try this:
wk1-12 eq 400 mg a wk
wk5-12 anavar 30 mg a day
wks 1-10 test enanth 250 mg /wk
 
do not use clen, specially if your a pitcher, clen is awfull, gives you headaches, shaking hands etc... for me clen is shit... stick to cardio, good clean diet, the above stack will help you gain lbm and help you with body fat.
i recomend this stack since it is low androgenic, test is low dose so lesser side effects.

I would run a single AAS, IMHO. During a first cycle, the whole point of running testosterone or another single AAS by itself is to evaluate how you respond to the substance and to understand if you truly maximized your nutrition, training and rest. This helps to maximize future cycles as well as to prevent unwanted/unnecessary side effects

Thanks alot for the insight fellas. Baseball is a summer thing (which is over now anyway) so we do not have to factor that into the way i feel or react to certain AAS. From what i have been reading here in the forum and from a popular consensus it looks as though i will go with one individual AAS like a Test Prop. I have been reading alot of the Doc's posts about the PCT and wanted to know if that would apply to me as well when i start with the test.
Also, i am going to get bloodwork done before i start this cycle and would like to know a little more about what my values and levels should look like before i start injecting and what is a common or normal rise in those values. What red flags should i look for during this process if any?
So what i have decided is the one AAS (test prop) without the use of the Clen to give me a baseline. Can you guys suggest an outline as to what the cycle would look like with the Test Prop both on and PCT? Again, i am 30 yrs, 6'2" 213-215lbs, 12-147 % BF, very athletic build, workout 5 days with cardio 3 of those days. I will leave out the Clen and just stick to the clean diet and cardio as my body reacts well if i assert myself. Will this test come with bacne and water retention ? What sides can i expect from it? Guys i am so glad i found this board and to see so many of you have been hear for years on end really eases my nerves 10 fold. I have never tried the AAS before mainly because i did not trust the idiots around here who dont know shit about them and take everything under the sun all at the same time. I appreciatte the help you are willing to offer and take it very seroiusly. Trust me here....this is a VERY big decision for me !!! Thanks again guys.....i will keep you guys posted on my progress throughout.

After doing a little more reading i am finding that the Prop may not be the best choice due to the injections everyday. Would a Cyp or Enanath be a better choice for me here since i will be able to inject just 2 times a week ?? Also, would some winny tabs help with the water retention and keep my gains lean ?
 
I would run test ent. Being you first run I would probably go with 250mg's each week. If you are dead set on doing more... I would run it on Monday's and Thursday's 250mg's each shot. I would run it for ten weeks. I would use HCG mid cycle and Clomid after. You should have incredible results at either of the doses for your first run.
*Make sure all you PCT is on hand before you start!

Test and dbol for sure would really please you, about 20mg day of dbol and 400 week test but check this out with others, really nice 1st cycle, I did it and set prs in all 3 powerlifts in 6 weeks.
