Hi all I am about to start on my first cycle need some reasurance

Height : 5' 9"
Weight : 170
Age : 23

I am diabetic so my diet has and is very good. I eat 5 to 6 smaller meals per day all good nutritional foods; fresh meat, fresh fish, eggs, pasta, potatoes etc
Im taking 70Ui of Novamix 2 shots per day

Im gonna start off with a ten week cycle of Test 300

2 ml per week for ten weeks;

Im not sure on how much of a dosage for an AI during cycle....

Arimidex --- 0.25mg or 0.50 mg

I have clomid and nolvadex for my Pct

Should I start taking the adex a couple of days before I start the ten week cycle or just as I start?

dont take the ai at all unless your nips start to get sensitive or puffy. in that event start taking the adex at .5mg eod until it leaves then stop again.

for pct forget the clomid. just run the nolva at 40mg ed for 3 wks then 20mg ed for 1 wk along with an otc pct like the pp trs. start pct 1 wk after the last inject

Im very worried about losing my gains, Id really like to try running the adex throught my cycle and then using clomid+nolva

Also I read that taking the adex will increase my natural test while on cycle?

that information is incorrect. adex will not help you with gains i will hurt them. high esytogen will help you gain along side the high test.

at your age i dont think you will have a problem keeping gains unless you dont know how to eat and train. if you want to add extra precaution to keeping gains you can add hcg to the cycle.

Week 1 to 8 on 2 ml test per week then;

Week nine 2ml of test + hcg for 1 week 250ui then;

Pct - Nolvadex = Day 1 - 100mg
Following 10 days - 60mg
Following 10 days - 40mg

The hcg is to keep your nuts from shrinking. Or restore them to size if they have shrunk. Your going to want to run 250iu 2x weekly from around week 3-4 up until PCT start. Some guys use it through PCT also but generally it isnt recomended because HCG itself will suppress.

As Joe said, have the A-dex on hand. But dont use it unless its needed. If your using Nolva for PCT then you wont need the A-dex there either. But still have it because you never know.

HCG can be injected sub-Q in the stomach with a 29-31g slin pin. If you have never had a sub-Q inject, its painless.

the hcg makes recovery far easier. i would do it this way

1-10 test 600mg ew
9-11 hcg 500iu ed
11-13 60mg nolva ed
13-14 40mg nolva ed
14-15 20mg nolva ed

if that is all you are going to use

as joe said also. Many people use HCG different ways. You may find with your age that you dont get much shrinkage. My bro just ran 10 weeks of sustanon @ 600mg/wk and got no noticable shrinkage. However after three weeks my nuts are all but gone.

Is this correct? = 100Ui of hcg per 0.5ml? HCG comes in 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 10,000 iu vials depending where you get it from. Most common being 5,000 iu vial. your going to want to order some sealed steril vials they are also dirt cheap. mix 5,000 iu of hcg with 5ml of Bacteriostatic water that will make it 1000iu per ml, so 1/4 ml 2 x weekly. If I was off on the formula someone please correct me

Is possible to inject the test via Subcutaneous injection?NEVER inject AAS sub Q. Its just asking for an abcess or other infection. Some try to make an argument for it but its a real real bad idea. Injecting IM is painless and easy. Also just incase you dont know, do not mix the hcg with the AAS as hcg is water based and AAS is oil based. however HCG on its own could be injected IM if you choose.

Incase you have never done it, make sure to vent the vial you are filling with a 25ga pin(whatever size pin but 25g makes a small hole) So the air can be displaced as you fil it.

You have your 5 or 10ml sterile empty vial....you draw 5ml of BA water to inject into the empty vial....Before doing so, you need to take a needle only, no syringe and stick it through the rubber stopper in the vial for an air vent(25ga does very little damage to the rubber stopper but any size will work) ....it will let the air in the steril vial exit as you inject the water. Otherwise the vial would want to explode because you would be forcing water into a vial already full of air without a vent. Got it?
