newbie rules

seems there is a lot of history on these discussion boards and a lot of stuff a newbie might do to piss people off. can someone point me to a thread where i can find a a comprehensive list of do's and don's and what stuff like flaming is and what's karma all about? thanks-i won't be new forever

About karma.... click the karma button at the bottom right of a post. When the window appears, there is a link that says "What is Karma." Click that and it explains all the details of karma.

use your common sense. if you dont think you should post it, then dont.

my guess is you dont need a list of do's and don'ts as you were smart enough to ask in the first place. welcome to the board.

Yeah, it could have been alot worse, he could have used his first post to say "How do I get me some steroids, or something, I wanna get huge, how about a dbol only cycle...
And the search function at the top right of the page has a great archive where you can find the answers to just about anything. I once found the meaning of life in there...
