Newbie Questions...

Hey Guys,

I've done some reading but didn't find the answers to my questions. I also tried to use the search function but I'm not a platinum member so I apologize if these topics have already been covered in depth.

- Where can I go to get my t levels tested? Family Doc?

- What is the normal t level range? What range should they be in to add muscle?

- What can I do to insure that my body is producing its max amount of test naturally? Is Zoloft going to hinder production?

I'd like to ad about 15lbs of muscle, increase strength and lower my body fat. I've never cycled anything before but have friends who have had great results with Deca. I'd like to try to accomplish my goals naturally before moving on to Deca.

Here are my current stats:

Age 34
Height 6'1"
Weight 168
Body Fat 12% (on Tanita BF scale)

Any advice would be appreciated. Flame suit on.

you could talk to your doc but most likely you should seek out an hrt specialist, they can get the bloodwork done for ya
 
You're 6'1" and 168? You are like a bean pole. Even at 34 you should be able to add muscle easy. Granted your T levels are gonna be lower than mine(21) but still. Go for a high protein(350g+ ED), moderate carb moderate fat diet. Hit the gym with as much intensity as you can for at least 4 days a week. Try some PureCEE from AF store. Stick with the big lifts for your main lifts(deads, squats, bench - in that order). Try this for about 4 months hardcore and come back then. Then maybe you can think about AS.

ED = Everyday
