??Newbie question??

I apologize in advance for my ignorance. But can somebody please explain karma and how it works, as well as the stars under member's names. Also, where do the member titles come from. I was listed as "amateur" until a couple of weeks ago and now i'm "good bro." ?!?! What does it all mean?

your supposed to give karma when you like someone's post...I still haven't figured out the stars or the avatar title. My take on all the bells and whistles is that they are lures to reel you into platinum-hood...which is pretty cool I bet, though I have yet to taste the desirable flavor of my very own platinum account. It will be a gloriuos day to say the least...

and I believe the stars are relative to post count...but if your plat you start out with 4, and they bling (OoOoOooOoooo)
