Hey guys,
Just a quick and simple question. 31 Yo male, in excellent health. Back in December, I came down with Pneumonia, something that spread through the gym. Anyway, I think I came back a little to soon, and in the process caused myself a case of Golfer's Elbow - Medial Epicondoylitis. It's a mild case, but it failed to respond to Rest, Ice, Compression, Evalation and Aleve. So the doctor thought since its going on 8 weeks, that we would just do a methylprednisone injection and get it healed up. My question is this, is there any medical reason, that I can't lift more normal lifts today, including arm work? Yeah, Yeah I know I should've asked the doc, but in the midst of things I forget to ask that, and you know the 1.3 minutes they spend before they are off to another.
Thanks in advance for any input.
