Newbie question about Sustanon 250

I am considering doing a 8 week cycle of Sustanon 250, I want to build my chest and back ALOT my weakest areas. I am 6'3 250 i am also looking to cut down some. I have never used anything before so what does and donts should i follow and will this give me the results i want without gaining any excess water weight or getting biotchtit? Thanks for the help in advance.
 
ok dude for your safety i am going to suggest that you put off your cycle untill you can answer these questions yourself.
do some research and map out a good plan for yourself. Remember that anabolics should only be a small part of your goal. Your main concerns need to be with diet, rest, and training. Once you have that down to a "T" you can then throw in some AAS.

BTW- 6'3 and 250? sounds like you allready have a good build.
 
I would have to fully agree with bigdelt69. You should do a lot more research before you start. Anyway since your probably not going to listen to us, let me give you one piece of advice. Don't start with a test. Use something else for your first cycle, such as d-bol or deca. Trust me this is good advice.
 
i am a little overweight around the middle in my opinion. Everyone i know tells me that i have a great build. I just have always had a hard time building up my pecs and my back. And those are the ones i want to build up the most haha. Well you guys are the gurus, tell me where to start? I train chest at least twice a week, and i do a hella lotta incline presses. What else do i need to be doing, i preload creatine and protein before and then i take protein again after i lift. I am just now really getting back into a steady cycle in the gym. Hook me up guys.
 
SupermanSS, do you have any idea what your bodyfat % is?

Look, before you begin to use anabolic drugs you need to learn how to train and eat to achive your goals. If you have a hard time building your chest and back you need to learn how to build them more efficiently before you can take advantage of AAS.

Since you are working chest twice a week, you may be overtraining. Let us know your training routine. If you want to cut up, sus would be a bad choice. This are some excellent pages that are must reads before you do a cycle: www.elitefitness.com/members/2thick and www.profiles.elitefitness.com
 
you are all saying he needs to do his research before he starts, but I think that is what he is doing by asking questions like these. If i were you I would do 500mg a week (do 2 diff injections) , but make sure you pick up some liquidex (no need for bitch tits) and some clomid for post cycle. You could probably get away with using .5 of l-dex every other day, most people can. If it isn't enough use 1ml. Now go over to to the other boards and ask some q's on how to eat. You might need a higher volume program (I dont know what you do now) because with the added test in your body you can recover faster. Go to bodybuilding.com for a program (I find some good ones there and just change them to my fav. exercises). Before you start keep reading about sust and learn everything you can about it. Just look up steroid profiles on a search engine or something. Hope that helped
 
Take this advice:

Use the 'Search' button and be prepared to do some serious reading on the following topics:

*Liquidex
*Arimidex
*Nolvadex
*Gyno (also called bitch tits - the 3 items above work to prevent them)
*HCG
*Clomid
(HCG and Clomid are commonly used to restore natural testosterone production after the use of steroids)

In addition, you should educate yourself on the test esters that comprise sustanon, as well as the various test esters you may want to use instead to achieve your goals.
If you decide to go with Sust, be sure you understand the half-life of the individual esters as well so you can create a cycle that will give you the most beneift.

Last but not least, read 2thicks post on injection procedures before you even consider sticking yourself.

If you are seriously considering doing a cycle without knowing what I've mentioned above, I think you're making a serious mistake.

Then again, you could shoot 250mg Sust every 48 hours and stack that with 60mg of d-bol every day and not do anything do avoid side effects -- If you go for it, be sure to let us know how it works out for you
