Newbie post, how much to take

I've never done steroids before, but I'm thinking of giving them a go. I'll probably be using orals since they're safer, plus I'm not exactly ready to wrap tubing around my arm and start poking around for a vein! Anyway, I was wondering how many pills I should take. Thanks!:confused:
 
No offense bro, but your post just scared the hell out of me. First off, pills are not safer, generally speaking they are harsher on your body. Secondly, you inject into a muscle, you dont tie tubs around your arm and inject into a vein.

As for how much to take, your not ready. Physically you may be old enough and have been training long enough, but you have a long way to go in educating yourself about AAS, what they do and how they work before you should ever use one.

That doesn't help much. I've already bought a thousand of the pink pills. I'm thinking about doing this:
3 when I wake up, 3 before bed and 3 for each of the 2 meals I have each day. I'm also thinking about getting up in the middle of the night and taking 3 more. I've heard this can affect the kidneys, so I'm gonna drink a lot of cranberry juice. I'm also making sure to get .5 grams of protein for each pound of body weight so that's 70 grams a day. I need to supplement with a protein bar to get that high, but I usually get there.

I've been training for 3 months and have been at a plateau for about 2 weeks, so I just need a little boost right now. I don't want to try any legal pussy shit like andro, I've heard some real horror stories. Thanks for your help

you need 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight, a thousand pink pills huh? How did you come up with that great schedule? hey if i give you a thousand random pills how would you cycle those? Please dont continue on how you are and continue the stereotypes associated with AS get some education! Figure out what you have! How did you make sure not to get ripped off when you dont even know what you bought, they could be aspirin! Or something dangerous, which AS in hands like your are.

You've been training for three months and you eat 70 grams of protein daily? What about post-cycle therapy?

This is bad, very bad.:( You are only going to hurt yourself.

Take a look this guy joined the board just three month ago and started working out three months ago what a coincidence and he has platued WTF.... take a look at your diet bro how many calories are you taking in you weight 140#'s eat every thing you see and you only eat 2 times a day that why you have platued you body is not getting what it needs as far as nutrients. you need to feed your face and i think its safe to say eat anything you want i say that because you are probably only 18 to 20 years old o your metabalizum is still kicking. you should be eating 300grams of protien a day and 4500 calories. get a protien shake for in between meals and get up to 5 meals a day. save your pink pills for later. ps dont be mad i hope this info helps you stay tuned to this web site and read all you can. peace
 
Thanks for the feedback but I've already started. My personal trainer says I don't need anymore than .5 grams of protein per pound. And this guy is certified.

I really trust the guy I got the pills from and he's Mexican so I don't think they're fakes. He said these are really bad for kidneys so I'm drinking tons of cranberry juice. I'm cutting right now so I'm only eating 2 meals, but I make sure to get the .5 grams of protein (70 grams). Like I said, I need a bar to get that much protein. Would that bar be considered a third meal? Is this too many meals to cut up? Thanks
 
Your trainer doesn't know his head from his ass, I don't care what certification he has. In fact, they should take away his certification. You need more protein than that.

He probably wants to take all those nasty, heavy weights away and worships Richard Simmons.

Your diet is a disaster. Two meals per day, three if you include the bar?:(

Do what you want to do, but you are not ready to use. Do you even know what you have?
 
dude i am sorry you are so ignorant to the fact that you do not know what you are doing.I am also a certified personal trainer ,and those little pink pills are very strong. I assume they are d bol by your description. Also 2 meals is not enough for a 100lb woman cutting or not. you need to eat more and take in more protien.By the way d bol is not primarily used for cutting. You need to do more research before you hurt yourself
 
Thanks for the feedback. Most of the replies are saying I need more meals and calories. Should I take Cell-Tech? That's almost 400 calories a serving, so if I took it twice that would be 5 meals (counting the bar). It would also bring my calories to almost 2000. Plus it increases insilin sensibility, which I heard is good for a hardgainer like myself.

Can you believe this shit: I was doing my cardio today and passed out!! I only got 30 minutes in. My trainer says to just hit it for an hour and a half tomorrow or come back tonight.

My trainer also said pay attention to your macros, so now my 2 meals a day are mac and cheese. He said something about carbs and fat afterwards but I don't remember. I was still kind of dazed from passing out.

A lot of the replies I'm getting say my CERTIFIED TRAINER is wrong?! Now, I fucked this guy's girlfriend, but I don't think he knows about it. Do you think he found out and purposely sabotaging my mass routine? What an asshole, if he is doing that. I would never do something like that to him. I sometimes hear him mumble expletives as I'm leaving, but maybe I'm tripping. I've heard this stuff messes with your head. Thanks for your help
 
I'm also thinking about taking amino caps. These things are loaded with protein!! If I took about 15, I could cut out the Balance bar. But then I'd be over doing the aminos. Argghh!! This is so confusing!!:(

OK, I have come to the conclusion that this is a joke. However, jokes are supposed to be funny and this is not.

Here is my advice on using your thousand pills: take 20 a day for 50 days. Second, stop taking up space on this board and go away. Third, do the rest of the world a favor and kill yourself, immediately.

The thing is, I thought the first post was serious. I have read some incredibly stupid shit in the 6 or so weeks I have been here. And, on other boards, I have seen others post who think you shoot gear like heroin, that you don't have to eat, etc. The more he kept writing, the more obvious it became.

Yes, this was a joke from a bored as f*@# person. You can find that letter in T-Mag #138. I thought it was funny as hell when I read it on their site and didn't think anybody would take it serious.

But I forgot you guys actually get posts like this from guys who are serious (probably half of those are fukin around too). Didn't mean to piss anyone off (like ambulance chaser). I tried to make each post so over the top nobody would believe it. I think the one on Cell-tech and cardio did the job. Well, peace and I hope I didn't raise any cortisol levels. :angel:

And did someone actually inject into their asshole?! I did a search for "asshole" but all I got was a bunch of threads on Bill Phillips.

Here's a better plan. get ahold of 2 gallons of water. Just start taking pills, one every minute for as long as they last, then go find some rat poison and eat it to. This will help with your cutting, you will die, then after that, all that unwanted fat will melt away!!

Is this dude for real? Either your fucking w/ us or you really need to do some more research bro. Not flaming you, but you have posted a textbook description of someone who (like Zyg said) is not ready.
