Newbie...Please HELP!!!

Hey,

I've been training for about a year and have made pretty good strength gains... But size, that's the damn problem... I'm 6 feet tall and weigh in at 185lbs... And yeah, that SUCKS!!!

I'm planning to take 100mg Deca Durabolin and 100mg Sustanon shots... I plan to take one shot a week altenating between the Deca and the Sust... for a period of nine weeks...i.e. 5 deca shots and 4 sust shots

A few questions:

1) Am I taking the right stuff??
2) Am I doing the right thing by alternating with Deca and Sust?
3) Can I get side effects like bitch tits or hair loss with just a 9 week intake of these substances?
4) Do I need to add or subtract anything to this?
5) Should I ask a medic to inject me or should I try to inject myself??
6) Is an air-bubble an issue with intra-muscular injections too??

I know that's a helluva lotta questions... But please, please, please be patient and understanding and answer them... I'm really psyched coz of this and am quite worried!!!

1) yes but not enough, I'd bump the sust dose to 500mg/week for at least 8 weeks, preferably 10, and the deca dose to 300mg/week for 8 weeks, preferably 10.
2) no
3) It's possible, but VERY VERY unlikely at the doses you had listed for your cycle, I would grab some arimidex (if you decide to up the doses as i suggested) and run that @ .5mg/ED

5) you should inject yourself
6) small air bubbles are fine, you dont want to go injecting a load of air into your muscle just for kicks though... It is certainly of MUCH less concern than if you were to inject air into a vein, and you would still need quite an amount of air even if you hit a vein, to do any harm.

I know this isn`t what you want to hear.I think you should train for at least a couple more years.you should reach your natural
potential first.if you don`t you`ll be cutting yourself short.

One more if you please... I'll up the dosage, but you said it ain't a good idea to aletrnate between sust. and deca... So what should I do?? Take them both in da same week??

I quite agree... But I bench fuckin 300lbs on da incline and my pecs are bloody puny... All of me is puny.... With my clothes on I don't look like a BB.... Altho, I have taken down much bigger guys than me in a fight... Once I beat the shit out of two 220lb + guys in a street fight by myself... I AM STRONG, but I don't fuckin look it... and that pisses me off!!!!

Strength doesn't equal muscle size. If you are small it is most likely a result of a poor diet, not the fact that you don't use AS. What is your diet currently like? Drugs will do nothing without a good diet. Food is wha tthe muscles are made out of, not gear. You need to do a lot more research before you do a cycle. You should know all the answers to your questions long before you start. Use the serch button at the top of the page and you will be submerged in valueble info that will answer all your questions. You asked very basic questions, which is fine, but it does indicate you have a lot of learning to do. Sust/deca is a good first cycle, but your dosed are too low. You need to take the sust AND deca at least once a week...more frequently would be even better. Search for cycles on the search feature and you'll find what you need, but always remember...it's all dependant on your diet.
 
sust250mg and deca 150mg in the same syringe on monday. Repeat on thursday. Do this until you have no more juice. But I think you should workout for another 5 years first.
