newbie pct question

Looking at a cycle of 250mg of test (either prop. or cyp)for 8 weeks stacked with 50mg ed of winny. What precautions and dosages should I take in regards to pct. How much clomid and how long should I take, and how long after the cycle should I start taking clomid.
