Hi mate,

Well, I choose to go to the crown court to try my case(you know stastically higher chance of a not guilty verdict, expense might make them not proceed due to cost). I got my commital the 2nd June and am due to apear in Reading Crown court on the 9th of July for my 'PDF'(some kind of plea proceding, not to significant, I am told).

They have now dropped all the charges but one and that's Section 1 Theft Act(1968). They are asserting that even though I asked for the drugs from the nurse on duty it was still theft because it was'nt his to give away.......

I can't believe they are wasting their time over a couple of quids worth of valium, and I don't see how I stole them when I ASKED for them.

Hopefully, please God it will get thrown out, it's taking so long and I can't work until it's sorted(and I'm not getting paid). Man, I am so worried if I am found guilty, I will never be able to work in nursing again....... even all this staying at home with fuck all money is doing my head in.

Well, at least I bought this notebook, so it looks like my post count is going to explode by the time this is sorted.

I am also worried about going to prison, it's very unlikely but that will really fuck me up.

I wonder if this work from home from the internet scheme's actually exist, if anyone knows anything then let me know....... sounds like a scam but just maybe....

Type your message in the karma box as normal. Then you have to hit the submit button multiple times really quickly. Sometimes get a message saying you cant give the same post karma twice if you pause between a couple of the hits.........
