Newbie Needs Your Expert Advice

Okay.. I posted this in the "Platinum Hardcore" section but wanted to see if anyone here had some advice. Your help is Greatly appreciated --------->

Don’t be too harsh on me, I’m a newbie and I’m here because you all are the experts. I’ll start off by giving you guys a description of myself. I’m 28 years old, 5’7 (yeah I’m short); weigh 175 lbs and about 13% body fat. I don’t drink alcohol or do hard drugs (I smoke once and a while). I’ve been training for 2 years and can’t get rid of my gut. I’ve never been on an AS cycle all I’ve ever taken is over-the-counter supplements. I know my diet needs improvement but it’s not all that bad. The problem with my diet is that (thanks to Xenadrine) I don’t eat enough. I work out 5 days a weeks and I’m happy with my current muscle growth I just can’t get rid of my body fat. My current routine looks like this:

When I wake up: 21G of Whey Protein and 2 Xenadrines.
Lunch: something light (salad or sandwich w/o mayo) or nothing at all.
Afternoon (3 or 4 PM): 21G of Whey Protein, 2 more Xenadrines and go work out. My work outs are usually about 2 ½ hours. 2 muscle groups a day, 1 hour each plus a ½ hour for abs. 15 mins of cardio once and a while.
Dinner: I try to eat low fatty foods high in protein. Like steak and eggs, chicken breast lean ground meat with veggies or rice. Plus 21G of Whey protein.
Throughout the day I drink a total of about 1 ½ to 2 gallons of water.

Am I taking in to much protein? What am I lacking? Am I over training?

Remember I’m a newbie when it comes to AS. I’ve done a lot of reading and research and thought this would the best place for expert advice. I live in a border town so I have easy access to Mexican products. I’m basically looking for something that’ll give me long term effects. My main priority is cutting however I would like to gain some mass in the process. I don’t want to bulk up during the cycle then loose the mass once I’m off. I’d rather gain a little bit of mass that I’ll keep after the cycle. And I’m really concerned about gynocomastia.

I read “Grainger’s” post and was really inspired but is this too much for a newbie?

I was considering taking Sustanon, Primobolan Depot and/or HGH. What and how much do you guys suggest?
 
If I were you....I would cut the workout down to 75 minutes max. Do cardio on an empty stomach in the A.M. Burn more calories than you take in and you burn fat. First get your diet completely in check. After I did that I would research hard. I would do a Fina/Winny cycle or Anavar/ Cycle. I would go longer than eight weeks for the cycle. Keep the fina at 100mgEOD or 50mGED. I would run the winny 50mgED and if you do the anavar go 40mgED. I would buy some ALA if you choose either of those cycles. With proper diet and cardio you will drop that gut in six weeks tops. The more you put into the more you get out.
 
Golfer is correct morning cardio on an empty stomach will do a hatchet job on fat try to build up to 15-20 min sessions. It will be hard at first until the body adapts.RADAR
 
My stomach should be completely empty! Would a protein shake and Xenadrine be okay? It does for me what coffee does for most people. If I don't have my Xenadrine first thing in the morning I'm sluggish and pissed off all day.

I was thinking of wieght training in the morning instead of the afternoon. If I do, would i benefit more if my cardio can before or after weights?

yes you can take xenadrene before cardio along with water because you want to dip into your fat stores early AM anything like food or protein the cardio will burn this for fuel which is counter productive....RADAR
 
Well I've concluded that I going to start with Sostenon 250mg twice a week. I came to this conclusion mainly because of the price and it's availability to me. That's another reason I mentioned Primobolan Depot.

I'm not sure about Anavar because of the price. What can I stack with Sust that won't kill me financially? Is D-Bol and Winny expensive? How much would I have to take? What about Equipoise? Would it be okay to replace Clomid with Omifin?

Would this 10 wk cycle be affective for cutting? (it’s a work in progress)

Sostenon 250mg 2/wk Sun & Thurs
Primobolan Depot 100mg EOD

Then finish off with Omifin or Clomid 15 days after last Sust.
1st day 300mg,2-12 days 100mg,12-21 days 50mg

If I take L-Dex for the gyno, how much and how often should I take it?

I think you need to do some serious research before starting your cycle.....just a little help but Omifin is clomid.....Do a search on Liquidex.....AS do not make you cut, diet and cardio do.....sorry if I sound like an asshole but some of your questions worry me....
 
Thanks for your advice. I've done a lot of research and I know I need to read some more. My training, cycles and diets will always be a work in progress. The reason I asked about Omifin is because I did my research and wanted to know if it was the same quality as Clomid. I've bought Mexican pharmaceuticals in the past and I can insure you that when a company makes two versions of drugs for two different countries the quality isn't always the same. For cutting, I'm working on my diet and extending my cardio. I'm just looking for something that will shed off the fat while increasing muscle growth.
