Newbie Needs Help ASAP!!
Hello Guys, Well I just want to say that Iam a newbie to this forum and just started my 1st cycle of winny with clen.
Let me give you some history on my self 1st. I was a big work out buff back in college never did any roids but back then I had all the natural hormones and had a great physique, cut up and good size for my height. Iam 5'4" and back then weighed a very lean 150 while benching a bit over 320.
Back then I was eating like an animal and wouldnt gain fat just muscle. I graduated started working and got a steady girlfriend. All of a sudden got lazy and couldnt find time for the gym but kept eating like I was training. Gained over 70lbs of weight over 5 years.
One day I looked at my self in the mirror and was just ashamed for letting my self go and decided I needed a change. So I hit the gym again. I have lost 50lbs since January and I havent been able to shed the rest. I guess my body hit a wall at 180. So I decided to pick things up a bit and Iam taking winny at 300mg/week and clenbuterol at 100mcg/day with a 1600 calorie very high protein diet. I have been doing this for a week and I have dropped a fast 5lbs of weight and I have noticed a leaner more muscular.
Well now let me get to the reason of my post. I have been injecting winny at 1cc-50mg/day and started injecting in my tricep alternating every other day. On my 5th tricep shot I missed the muscle cause I was rushed and as I pulled out the needle some white liquid came out. Oh boy was I in major pain that afternoon. My arm got swollen up and and turned red. The swelling has gone down considerably since then but I dont want to shoot that arm again for another few days. The 6th shot wat the other tricep, no problems. So this morning on my seventh day I went for my quad. Flexed the quad to make sure I wouldnt miss it stuck it in definetely got the muscle but now Iam having major muscle soreness in my quad. The sorenes is nothing like the regular soreness that I experieced in my tricep muscles.
I need some tips to for stinking my self. Is the muscle supposed to be flexed for the shot or relaxed. What other alternative areas can I use that wont hurt as much. I understand winny is water based so Iam always going to have soreness I just want to try and minimize it.
Any sugestions?
