New to this game so any help would be appreciated...!
Am working up to a sprint triathlon in the next 4/6 weeks and am looking to get some better recovery/endurance - have looked at a few options but really dont fancy the injectibles! So its oral all way for me.....
Looking at the options it seems that H-drol is the best oral for this sort of thing, but need to know if there is anything else I need to add to it for the PCT or the cycle itself?
