Newbie needs help - endurance cycle

New to this game so any help would be appreciated...!

Am working up to a sprint triathlon in the next 4/6 weeks and am looking to get some better recovery/endurance - have looked at a few options but really dont fancy the injectibles! So its oral all way for me.....

Looking at the options it seems that H-drol is the best oral for this sort of thing, but need to know if there is anything else I need to add to it for the PCT or the cycle itself?

Let me re-phrase this.

Im 5ft10
31 y/o
15 stone
not sure on bmi but I do need to lose a few pound in the next month! :(

Current diet;

Breakfast - Muesli / Toast

Lunch - 2 Sandwich (brown bread) turkey / low cal mayo
apple & banana
cereal bar or two for eg

Dinner - Salad/Jacket potato/fish/chicken/occasional rice pudding or something
And the odd beer in the evening sometimes!

Am running 3k two/three times a week
10/15k bike two/three times a week
1/2 mile swim two/three times a week
weights/gym work twice a week
Looking to increase distances week on week now.


If you need any more info let me know!
 
It seems like steroids might be counterproductive to your goals. Your diet definitely isn't conducive to gaining muscle, or optimizing gear usage.

What might you suggest I change to tweek my program a little?
