Newbie Needs General Advice

Im new to all of this.I am considering taking some stuff,I have found a good source(overseas,paperbol,paperval,stuff like that and it seems reliable enough as well as very capable of making it past customs.(I am gonna respect the rules and give no further info on sources) I have never used roids and I would like some advice.I know you gotta lift hard hard hard, and eat like an elephant,but Im ignorant on side effects,I am a guy by the way 19 yrs old. I do not wanna over use roids you know what I mean,especially since my age is a huge factor,but I need the safest products,good gains, (mainly some stuff that wont screw me in one cycle.What products should I use,I am restricted to what the source has which is-paper var(oxandrolone,*anavar*,
paper bol-(dbol=dianabol?? im unsure on this name) and paperstrol-(im guessing winstrol,but I am ignorant), all delievered in paper form at 10 mg a square.Which ones should I use (for good gains,with least possible side effects-damn estrogren!!)
also the source claims to have less side effecs because it doesnt have filters and stuff,so if its true its good.So which should I take for how long and how long off,and how much a day(i weigh 180,and plan to follow a strict diet,as well as chug a lug water.I will be paying(if i order 150 bucks for 500mgs of paper var,80 bucks for 1000mgs of paper bol and 100 bucks for 1000mgs of paper strol and 125 bucks for 500mgs of paper drol-i forgot to mention above.(If I order min.quant)(Is this too expensive?)Please have a heart and help me out here?Are the gains all gonna stop when I stop taking or will I keep some?(Even if I still workout hard?)DAMN I TALKED ALOT!
 
This is not what you want to hear but....

If you are only 19yrl... I would say. hold off on steroid use for at least another 4-5 years.... you are at a prime in your life as far as hormone production. what some of the 30+ guys achieve with AS use, you can achieve with just good training and proper supplements.

Your hormone levels should be high enough to make great gains naturally... take advantage and only use AS once you have exceeded your natural potential. Your physique should be a long term project... planned out over years. If you are looking for a quick fix, please save your money since you will quit the sport in a few months anyway.

well,im so so new on lifting,i have been lifting for 6 months,I take creatine capsules(GNC) always after i workout(5 and each is 500mgs,and 2 megamen GNC vitamins daily,and I was considering taking prohoromones,but I here they can have some nasty side effects too and not even in the same league as roids.So I dont know what I wanna do,I dont want a *quick fix* I just want my maximum potential,when I do something I want to do it right, but your right on one thing I dont want to use roids any longer than I have to,because when I reach my goals(whatever they may be) I want to go naturally from there.My main questions I need help with regardless of what I decide to do,is if I keep hitting it as hard as I can after getting off roids what (estimated) percent of gains will I be able to keep and can I just do a small 6-8 wk cycle of roids once and stop after that and let my body recover from the toxics and not be assualted by side effects? If I ever did try a cycle what would you recommend (of listed above) and in what quantities? Please give some advice on this.I am still unsure on the dangers of one quick cycle-and the questions above
 
If you have only been lifting for 6mos. you have not need to use AS. Dammit dude! I was getting crazy results after my first 6mo. Keep that shit going naturaly man!.. If you want some honest true advice... read my earlier post.

If you are going to be hard headed and do what you feel like than don't even bother asking and use the search engine..... I'm sure there are a lot of scamers/sources that would love to take your money, go and hand it over.

My advice clear and cut.... stay the fuck away from gear until you have been lifting for at least 5 years.

I know what your saying,I am getting results,but I have nothing to compare them to,so I have no idea what good would be,or what they would be with a little help.Prohoromones are pretty much not in my list of options. (Believe me I am careful with my money,amplified 10x on the internet) but creatine,protein,and vitamins just dont seem to be the "best" you know. I know I should"build the house before I put in the furniture" but I really just want to know about what I asked,not for immediate use,but just to know if down the line its an option,this is sort of my way of planning.Another queston"they seem to pile up here" how long does they stay in my blood?Considering joining the marines and I dont know if they test you for roids or not-I do appreciate what your saying-and I am not making any decisions over night,just trying to gather my facts before I either x it off the list or embrace it.
 
You need to listen to BIG RICK,he is giving you the proper advice and it is going over your head.
Your body hasn't fully matured,you need to build the foundation of the house,before you build the house,and then put in the furniture.
Forget about aquiring knowledge on steroids you need to increase your knowledge base.
Dont do rec drugs/smoke/abuse alcohol.
Get fit then:
1.Learn how to train properly,basic routines.
2.Learn about diet
3.Learn about supplementation,vitamins etc.
4.Have a realistic weight training/bodybuilding goal
5.Find yourself a "Guru" someone who is maybe 30-40 yrs old who has been training fpr 10 years or so,
has a good physique,good job,good family life who is balanced overall.Ask questions get advice,avoid the pitfalls before you start.
6.Have a goal in life apart from training.
7.FORGET ABOUT STEROIDS,until you have exhausted all of the above.
If you dont have the willpower,discipline and aptitude at 19yrs old to reach your natural potential in the next 5-7 years,you dont have what it takes to deal with anabolics.

Well if you do however decide on AS paper bol would be a good choice out of the three you mentioned above.
 
If you cant even recognize the names of what the source is selling, then you dont need to be buying it.

And dont try to fool us with 'i am just getting info for later' etc, because we both know that if we told you 'go take x amount of var' you would be buying it the same day.

How many calories do you eat a day? How many grams of protein? How many carbs and fats? My guess is that you would have to guess to give us these answers.

You have some good people here offering good advice and help. Listen to them. Take up Mr. X on his offer. Get serious about it. Then you can research other supplement.

If you feel you have to take something then look into these, these are part of my daily routine: Protein, Creatine, Green Tea, r-ALA, multivitamin.

Dude, 6 months of training and you want to juice? Absurd. You have TONS of natural growth potential left, steroids will just make you dependant on it to continue growing. Listen to these bros' advice, theyre trying to help you.

Well,I have learned tons here,admitttingly not all but tons.I have been lifting for 6 mos-but then it was just goofing lifting(with buddies) I have got serious about what I wanna do,and about my goals,so I have a good regiment I have been doing for about a week-since I have posted this I have learned one thing though-I am definetly gonna hold up on roids until I feel Ive built up alot more.I have been dieting superbly in my opinion as well as a regiment of hitting arms,legs,abs,chest,shoulders,and back each twice a week with as good cardio I can do on my off days.I am fixing to start taking my protein shakes with fishoil(I hear good things on here,Omega 3 fatty acids,supposed to help slow protein loss right?) Creatine Monohydrate capsules(2500 mgs after lifting,GNC brand) and GNC MMEN vitamins. It was just when I first posted this I didnt know much,and that was sort of my way of learning.(I am still an idiot,but a smarter one)

Mainly I have one big vice,I smoke pot very frequently,but I tell myself its for my mental well being.

How and where can I find stuff to measure my body fat and such?
I need a exercise to get the muscle under the biceps(bottom of arm-just fat+skin there) Thanks

Dude, thats your tricep. There are a ton of exercises for that, it is easier to build mass there than in you bicep, quickest way to make your arms look bigger.

100mg Anadrol everyday
1000 mg Test everyother day
50 mg Dianabol everyday
600 mg Deca every 3 days
You will need no post therapy as these do not require them.

how much more do you weigh this week as opposed to last week??.....don't base your results on anything or anyone but yourself.....now you say you have been training "hard" for a week......don't juice man.....get as much as you can with your natural test before you start juicing.....there are hundreds of guys on this board that would drop juice in a second to have the natural levels of juice that you have right now

You can up that creatine to 5 grams twice a day and take Mr.X's invite on building you a diet, I have read his posts and he knows his shit.

Don't listen to them, you are on the right track by postponing steroid use. But you have much to learn in the way of training and diet. Keep reading these boards and do some bodybuilding web searches, you should find information abound.

If you are going to post here you need to be somewhat thick screened. There will always be people here who will flame you for asking what they think is a stupid question. Learn to ignore it. There is tons of good information for you on the training and diet board, spend most of your time there.

Also, Mr. X has offered to help with your diet and training. You may want to e-mail him and ask for his help.

My post wasnt a flame, people just took it and ran with it. But now you know what that flabby area is called and I bet you will always remember. Good luck with the training.

You need to learn how to let things go, the guys are just messing with you, including myself. You got flamed because you didn't do any research before asking your question. You should read the post by Quadsweep, it is a sticky. After reading that it may help you to not get flamed next time.

Yes my post was harsh. Understand who your talking to. I was competing as a natural powerlifter long before I even gave steroids a thought. I didn't do to well I'll admit, but I sure as hell knew what a tricep was and how to train it. Hell even then I had alot to learn. Still am learning.

So you have to understand why some might get alittle irritated when someone working out for six months starts posting on the ANABOLIC forum.

You should be posting on the training forum. Grow a base. Learn diet. Learn proper lifting technique. If you're not willing to do that pick another hobby.

My b bro... I just agree with all the fellas here about being too young and not that familiar with training as well as your body parts to start your first cycle... Look around at the different boards and learn.
