Newbie needs Deca advice

you have got to be kidding me. I know your a newbie, but if you realized how stupid you sound right now you would reconsider your actions.

first off, training for 6 months 3 days a week is not training hard, and the 10 lbs you gained shows that if you put a little effort into working out you would gain weight.

second, if you can't eat enough, how do you expect to grow? you think deca will make up for your poor diet?

third, your cycle sucks deca only, 5 weeks long, only 250mg? god, you might as well take 2 licks of a dbol tablet for 3 days, you'll get the same gains.

If you don't currently know why you stalled on your last training run and don't now know how you'd re-attack the bench then you still don't know enough about training. If your friend has you on a Mon / Thu dosing schedule for 5 weeks for Deca then he knows about as much about it as you do.

I look forwards to your post in about 8 or nine weeks when you're down to 125, have no energy, and are wondering how to get back to 135.

So I'm just gona do Deca. I am gona train for a month and just do it. I have been reading and reading and I have formulated a good workout plan and diet I can adhere myself to with the help of some friends and online.

So what MG a week would be a decent dosage for me? Should I stack it with anything and what? What would be better for me than a solo small dose of deca? Also my friend recommended taking the deca every mon and thurs for 5 weeks, how is that or should I do something different? I plan on working out 3 days a week, mon,wed,fri switching up muscle groups.
Damn bro are you that thick in the head? All you've said is I can't do this, I can't do that, WTF? With that attitude you won't do anything. So you and your friend really think that taking deca in those small doses while barely eating and hardly working out is gonna give the edge you need? Well i guess you and your buddy know a good bit more than those of us that have been doing it for years through experience. I wish I could find the fucktard that started this grand illusion that all you have to do is take some gear, sit back and watch the gains come on like a freight train. This is a very slippery slope you're about to ride. For Christ' sake you're even wanting something to stack. If your buddy knows so much, then why are you even here asking us? Do you know the dif. b/n being stupid and being ignorant? Ignorant is doing something wrong and you don't know any better. We're telling you why you shouldn't do what you're proposing but you're going to anyway. Just plain fucking stupid what you're about to do.
 
You know what its just my young ass stubborn head that keeps telling me to do it. Hell I hate needles. So this time Im just gona listen to yal cause 99% of the time when people tell me something it turns out to be true. lol

Alright alright, thank you guys for keeping me from making a mistake. I told him to hold off on the stuff for now and that I should work out first. The only reason I was listening to my friend is cause he is like 6'4 260, and he was like 210 last time I seen him.... (away at university for awile). Also his cousin goes to competitions for lifting and stuff, which is where he gets it from. I figured he knew his gear. Fair enough I will bust ass getting a routinely good diet and learning to mix a good workout into my life before thinking about doing Deca.

So now my questions for yal are now gona pertain to diet and working out. Anyone have a link to a super beginner workout that has no cable exercises in it really, the only thing I lack at home. Aside from the one cable/pulley that you do tricep pull downs with. I found that alot of workouts called for the backrow cable. Preferabally not too strenuious, atleast at first because I am gona need to do a littler lighter workouts for my left elbow. I broke/twisted real bad as a kid and everytime I start working out again it feels hollow and hurts on the bench. But it goes away after like 2-3 weeks.

EATING! I work like 30 hours a week at Office Depot, Attend College for about 7-8 hours a week and work about 10-15 hours a week at a doctors office doing computer work. I need a buncha high protein/cal recipe ideas that arent that high in fat and are kinda cheap. Things I can bring along with me on my works to stuff down fast. I only get 15 min break at OD cause i work 6 hour days, shouldn't really eat in class but can do something quick, the doctors office they are cool with it.

My ideas of diet and nutrition are all skewed. I was givin nothing but fast food mainly growing up, no cooking was done in the house ever I swear. So like here is what Im thinking. Mornings breakfast Id eat alot of cereal with low fat milk and maybe a banana. Lunch tuna sandwich/pbj/pb and celery I dunno, just something high protein. And dinner I would make a meat with either a potatoe/rice side and a vegetable. Also I would take a multi. How is this?

And once I have the eating and working out in my scheduele routinely then I'll get back to thinking about the gear.

I actually think this is a good post. Most people that ask about this stuff are intent on doing gear whether we advise against it or not.

Bro, you can still do A LOT with diet and exercise, but if you insist on doing deca, I would run 400mg a week for 10 weeks with 1 pump 2x a day of AIFM which you can get at www.anabolicfitness.net
