Just like to say I'm new to the boards. Signed up because after doing some reading and came to the conclusion that there are some very knowledgable people here. Well I just turned 20 and I weigh 130 pounds at 5' 10". Thats basically it. Im not vain or anything I would just really like to weigh more. I weighed 138 as a Freshman in High School dunno what happened and Im a sophmore in college now. I guess I just got taller and not wider ha. I worked out for like 6 or 7 months once to try and gain weight but my nutrition was poor as well as my workout and I didnt gain very much at all. I didnt know what I was doing basically, all I had was some written out plan a big guy I knew in HS wrote me since I didnt have a computer.
Work and college have kept me so busy these past couple years, but I have decided to give it another shot now that im not living at home and I can eat whatever I want! I have been doing research and have decided to try 250 mg of Deca a week. My friend who was same weight inspired me he went from 130-165 and not even lifting hard/eating fast food. But he stacked who knows what mg deca and something else he told me but I forget. Its a low dosage, but I figure with the Deca + Eating alot/Good diet my underweight butt will atleast see 10 pounds, hopefully.
Now, my questions for you guys is, what drugs/if any should I take with the Deca to help prevent the gyno effects. Is it even enough of a dosage? I have read it doesnt aromatize easily in low dosages. What side effects should I expect at this dosage. How many times a week should I take it and on what days. Should I do anything the week prior to prep my body? Also if anyone knows of a good workout plan that doesnt include cable gym equipment ( only got home setup now). Its got 1 cable but can only really do push downs and tricep exercises on it. You know the one u put in the hole at the bottom of your bench and it stands up. Finally... what would be your guy's predictions on my weight gain if I train hard.
