Newbie needs Deca advice

Hey guys,

Just like to say I'm new to the boards. Signed up because after doing some reading and came to the conclusion that there are some very knowledgable people here. Well I just turned 20 and I weigh 130 pounds at 5' 10". Thats basically it. Im not vain or anything I would just really like to weigh more. I weighed 138 as a Freshman in High School dunno what happened and Im a sophmore in college now. I guess I just got taller and not wider ha. I worked out for like 6 or 7 months once to try and gain weight but my nutrition was poor as well as my workout and I didnt gain very much at all. I didnt know what I was doing basically, all I had was some written out plan a big guy I knew in HS wrote me since I didnt have a computer.

Work and college have kept me so busy these past couple years, but I have decided to give it another shot now that im not living at home and I can eat whatever I want! I have been doing research and have decided to try 250 mg of Deca a week. My friend who was same weight inspired me he went from 130-165 and not even lifting hard/eating fast food. But he stacked who knows what mg deca and something else he told me but I forget. Its a low dosage, but I figure with the Deca + Eating alot/Good diet my underweight butt will atleast see 10 pounds, hopefully.

Now, my questions for you guys is, what drugs/if any should I take with the Deca to help prevent the gyno effects. Is it even enough of a dosage? I have read it doesnt aromatize easily in low dosages. What side effects should I expect at this dosage. How many times a week should I take it and on what days. Should I do anything the week prior to prep my body? Also if anyone knows of a good workout plan that doesnt include cable gym equipment ( only got home setup now). Its got 1 cable but can only really do push downs and tricep exercises on it. You know the one u put in the hole at the bottom of your bench and it stands up. Finally... what would be your guy's predictions on my weight gain if I train hard.

1st off you need to work out for a year or so before even thinkin about juice. you need time to develop a muscular base to build off of!! 2nd this will also give youtime to dial ina good diet because honestly if you only weigh 130# unless you are5ft 4 in and female you are way to light for steroids. you obviusly have no muscle on you right now. you must honestl have a rfast metabolism so if i wrre you I would start your weight training 4-5 times a week and start eatimg double what you are right now with about 225-250g of protein daily i believe you should be able to gain 10-15# just by doing that. and also you do not want to run a deca only cycle. deca is mostly used as a hardener and cutter but first you need some muscle to harden up should always use testoserone as a base If you are going to juice I would say take some test enanthate maybe like 350-500mg per week for your first cycle not deca bad choice!! also make sure you have some aifm or some type of inhibitor incase you find out you are prone to gyno! also you will need it for your pct.
 
This is one of the worst posts I've ever seen on here. If you'd done half of the reading around you suggest you've done then you wouldn't have posted this. I don't even know where to start except to tell you to forget the whole idea.

If you want to get big then you need to eat more and if you want to get big and meaty then you need eat more and train hard. At 5'10", unless you have a clinical malady dooming you to burn calories at a prodigious rate, you shouldn't be considering aas in any form before you've discovered how to get yourself upto around 200 pounds, at a minimum.

Taking anabolic steroids without exercising will give you that appealing bovine look; the one that farmers like for the fatty, marbled meat that sells so well. When you stop, you'll revert to as you are, probably even smaller. Forget about juice for a couple of years, preferably four or five, and take yourself over to the diet and training forums.

You don't mention what home equipment you have for working out. If it's a bar and weights then that's great. There are lots of workouts you can do that will build muscle. If it's anything else then I suggest you go join a gym since you'd be mostly wasting your time without the ability to man-handle some heavy weight.

Sorry if this sounds in any way harsh but your plan is simply not sensible.
 
Also remember that there's nothing on the planet that is as anabolic as food. Start by eating more today. Drink a gallon of milk every day and eat like food was cheap, which it is.
 
Great post blut wump as always. Bro it's crucial you get some muscle on that frame of yours before jumping into AAS. I'm sure it's not what you want to here but you're young enough to train and eat right for at least a year before considering what you have proposed(which is not a very good cycle btw). Do your best to reach your genetic limit first. As said above, hang out in the diet section and get to eating the right foods throughout the day. As well, go train your ass off. You will be thankfull in the long run. At 20 yrs. of age, you've got plenty of time to reach your goals.
 
That is light and if I was that size I would say fuck all these guys telling me not to take shit and i'd do it, So I figure your going to do gear anyway but your main concern is to eat right and train right while on or it will all be for nothing
