Newbie needing help...

I am 6'2' 305 lbs...I want to be around 250. I am looking to start a 10 to 12 week cycle of test. I want to know what would be the best thing I could do to help speed the weight loss with me being on the test. I appreciate any help I can get on this.

like shooting fish in a barrel...diet and cardio too around 250 or better then pehaps a cycle... :worried: not what you want to hear but ....
 
You are looking to loose weight so you want to take test?!?!

You need the following cycle is you are looking to loose 50lbs

500mg of Diet
400 Mg of Cardio

Throw in a couple supplements from anabolic fitness and you are good to go.
 
Not trying to sound mean but test is not what you need. What you need is cardio and diet. Get the weight and BF in check and then think about a cycle.
 
Seriously? how many of "these" can we answer in one day? lol!

just like everyone said, diet and cardio. no test, gear, roids, what ever you want to call it is needed

cardio, eating clean
 
I understand that taking test is not going to make me "cut". Guess i didn't make that clear and that I appologize for. I know that diet and cardio are the way to get those results but what I also wanted to know was there anything to help facilitate that process.

are u talkin supplements or other kinds of gear?

Not to sound like a dick but if you knew then why are you planning on doing it. Going to 305 to 250 either means you need to lose a decent amount of fat, which test won't do, or you want to lose some muscle with fat to achieve your goal, which test won't help with either.
Just take the good advice you've got already and diet and do some cardio.
 
I'm not so concerned about what number I end up at the end of all of this...i say 250 just to have a goal. But my main concern is to cut fat and put on muscle. Maybe I can't do it at the same time which seems to be the general idea here. Which is cool if thats what it is and I appreciate the advice from everyone. Just trying to gather as much info as possbile. I just thought that any muscle growth would help to facilitate fat loss. Thanks to everyone that has responded.
 
i know you have gotten some smart ass comments(including from me).

research the diet forum, the cardio and training forums, and stick around and read and research in the AS forum. Im sure in these to be helpful in achieving you goals.

you got the answers you did because it is a common misconception that steroids are a magic pill that will make you ripped without hard work. I did not mean to rip on you bro, we anwer that question about 20 times a day :)

but as i said, go to the diet forum and they will really be able to get a good diet dialed in for you, that should be what you need. also check out fitday.com .
 
cut the fat first.. im guessing your probably around 25%? if so, u can get down to 15% with strict diet, training and cardio. you wont have to worry about looosing muscle. you can try some thermos and other cutting supplements... thermorexin which is a great product by the AF Store or an eca stack. if u do follow a strict diet and training program you will succeed, and when u get down to at least 15% or less.. then u can think about gaining some quality muscle. you will be a lot more satisfied. gl
