ok im new with these diets and stuff. im looking to go on a diet but i dont know which kind of diet to get on.... im trying to form abs and be cutter also build a little bit muscle on top but mostly looking for the abs.... here some info on me im 153 - 160 around there havent weighed myself over 6 months "im skinny" im 5' 9" 20 years old well heres my problem i have hard abs but i cant see them
got layer of fat over but more on my lower abs, so im trying to get rid of it ive been working my abs with that ems device which works pretty good and im doing some situps.... ok so what kind of diet would u guys suggest? what foods do i avoid and what foods do i eat? would i need any protein powder or anything like that? need anymore info on me? thanks i really mean it
