OK...so first off Hello to all you people out there. I am new to this whole site and so far really like it. I am trying to educate myself on the different AS out there to see what might be the right one (if any) for me. I have tried to search the internet and usually only get slanted information from an anti AS source. SO does anyone know where I can find an "AS for Dummies" sort of layout to educate myself and not post a bunch of duplicate or stupid questions on here? I have always been a fan of the military type workout. By that I mean run run run, then push ups till I throw up, pull ups till I throw up, sit ups till I throw up and then run while I throw up some more.
I am in good shape, eat well, and have what some call a genetically gifted body. I would like to get a little more solid thickness and cut a little more, but have no idea what AS I should be looking at and learning about. This may of become one of those stupid or duplicate posts I wanted to avoid so I'll apologize in advance if it comes across that way. I want to learn before I use and figure this is a good first step. Thanks for anyones advice or information you are able to share.
