Newbie looking for answers! Please Help????

I am new on this board. I am 23, 6'3'', 220 lbs. I don't know my body fat %. I work out moderately 3-4 times a week. I mainly eat healthy meals with lots of meat and fiber. I am looking to be very muscular. I don't have much exsessive fat but don't have very noticable muscles. I need some help choosing gear. I have been looking at dianabol because i heard it had low side effects and quick results. if you have any input for me it would be much appreciated. I am new to all of this and I don't want to get in over my head or start off on the wrong foot.

Bro,don't hurry...you have to learn lot about steroids...just be patient...(Also,I wouldn't say dbol has low side effects)

I did nothing but read posts on this board for about a year before I even signed up for a free account.

Read, read, get some sleep, and then repeat.
 
It would be easy to say, argue and justify,

Deca and test, as a first cycle.


But what the other guys have said about research, is actually critical,

D-bol has really serious consequences if used incorrectly, alone, or too long.


Know your diet, training; what gear is what, PCT, Recovery, Anti-E’s and many other basics, than when you know you are ready, plan your first cycle,


And oh yeah, if you don’t get flamed, your not officially welcomed to the board,


So welcome.
 
if you want noticable muscles, be sure to add more cardio to your work out regiment. this will shed bf and help cut you up. not enough attention is paid to the benefits of consistent cardio workouts, as well as a healthy diet. but thats not what you wan tto hear, right? hit the deca/winny. minor sides, great gains. run some AIFM during and after your cycle. 12 week cycle: deca 400 ml a week for 12 weeks. winstrol 50 mg ed for the last 6 weeks. this'll get ya going. my .02 :think:
 
i'm with everyone else man....i did hours and hours worth of reading and research before my first cycle, still probably should've done more too. i've already put in a couple days worth of research on here and other sites before i start my next one. no such thing as too much research but def. such a thing as too little. good luck
 
If you are looking for a quick and easy simple cycle then something like

20mg d-bol ed for 4 weeks
250mg sustenon ew for 10-12 weeks
OR
250mg test e ew
150-250mg of eq ew
 
Quick answer? First cycle?

Test E. ~500mg / week.

But I agree wholeheartedly with the concept of making sure you are well educated. Nothing worse than the concept of losing all your gains, and gaining permanent side effects as a result of not being well prepared.
