Newbie looking for advice

Have been working out for over 18 months, have had some nice gains. I am looking to gain a bit of size and definition. I take whey 3 times a day on days i workout and 2 on off days. I work out fairly hard 3 times a week. I am currently taking Anabolx, and have taken T-bomb and NO2. What would be the best supplement to take. to achieve my goals? Any advice would be wonderful. thanks
 
It's not about supps, look at your diet. If you don't know, keep reading and learning. After you eat clean for a year or so, you'll see the results your looking for. Good luck....
