First off: I do appreciate any comments and advice from all of the knowledgeable people on this board.
I am 20 yrs old, 180 lbs (9-10% body fat). My goal right now is to get my body fat down to 6-7% as well as increase muscle mass. I am considering AS but am quite a newbie when it comes to this subject.
I have a whole summer off and am wondering how to cycle AS for modest gains, although safety is my biggest concern (no gyno, etc.) Also, this will be the only cycle of AS I am planning on doing. I saved up money so I can use quality products. So here are my questions:
1. What types/brands AS (dbol, fina, sust, etc) should I use (money is not of concern..safety is though!)
2. How do I use them (dosages, how long..etc)
3. Where can I get them
4. Any other suppl. that will reduce chance of side-effects, gyno.
