Hi guys,

Mods please feel free to move this post where appropriate.

I'm 34 y/o, 5'7" and weigh 150lbs at 18%bf. Used to be an avid weight lifter 10 years ago. Used to weigh around 190lbs, around 25%bf. I have a couple of test/eq/dbol cycles under my belt. Broke my ankle 6 years ago. I still haven't recovered fully from my ankle.

Now I'm back exercising(for about 8 mos). Goold ol' deadlifts and squats are out of the question right now. As gay as it may sound I'm doing P90X with great results. I am considering doing some cycle in the future (maybe next year) as I lean out more, and maybe see how my ankle is to incorporate DL and squats.

Eventually, my plan would be to do some test based cycle coupled with an oral PH. I'm looking into mrsupp's products. Goal: Gain lean mass(5-8lbs).

A question right now would be if it's a good idea to stack PH orals with test(sust or enanth.)?


Meanwhile, I have a lot to learn, especially about PH's. They are totally new to me. I have cheap/easy access to human grade test and pct(nolva, clomid, adex, hcg, caber, etc). So now it's a good time to learn and plan ahead. I'm going over as many good threads as I can in this great forum.

welcome to elite bro... there are many ph's that are great for kickers to a test cycle or even on the back end... for the goals that you listed, helladrol would be a great option as a kicker on a test e cycle... it will definitely be more what your looking for...

Been reading some of your posts. Nice and informative. Yeah, I've been looking into hella and katana.

I've read that some of mrsupps stuff may be taken outa the market this year. How true is that? May want to stock up, though probably won't touch them until next year (maybe the end of this year).

My main problem now is my ankle, don't get much pain unless trying to lift heavy stuff. Bad thing it's really weak, and wobbles when doing balancing movements. Shit, for 6 years it should be fine by now. Gotta work with what I have.

Anyway, I'm excited to be here and be educated.

we really don't know for sure when they will be banned but at some point they will be so it would be wise to stock up if you are able to..

get that ankle healed first before you do anything... you want to be able to go full force with nothing holing you back... good luck getting recovered and if you ever need anything, just let me know bro!
 
Hey Chaos, Welcome to EF! Wow, Bro, at 150 with 18%BF you have gotten small over the last 6 years, eh? The P90X is good for leaning out, more so than gaining muscle. Once you feel comfortable with the results of your P90X, then maybe you should check your weight following that and you can hit 170lbs leaned out at, say, 11%BF, you should be really good to go on the juice, otherwise I would suggest to try and get to those stats (not exactly 11% then) with bulking diet protocol before you start cycling. Please also be careful with your ankle on the P90X ... that's an intense workout! :D

Yeah, after I broke my ankle, actually I ballooned up to over 200 lbs (probably 210-220, guessing over 30%bf). I was depressed as fuck. Over the last 3 years I leaned out just with diet(calorie restriction) and walking. Miss the days when I was 'huge' (at least for my height) and lifting. Lost most of that, but I don't think I wanna get huge again and to be honest with the ankle thing... dunno.

I was thinking hitting the juice by the time I would be 15%bf. But you are right, may be I should wait till I'm around 10-12%. Really like the p90x as it allows to do the modified exercises so as not to strain my ankle. It's a get-back-in shape program and like you said not suited for bulking.

Anyways, glad to be here and learning. And thanks for the support guys.
