Newbie here...I'm on HGH/HCG Cycle Need Advice

Before I started all this stuff, I was doing religiously p90x and I would eat:
6 am Protein shake whey with half banana/berries
8 am Garden omelette with home fries and whole wheat toast (from diner)
10 am fruit cup and almonds
12 pm half grilled chicken with salad
5-630 workout
7 pm beef stew with pita bread some rice and salad
10 pm sleep

Now I do starting strength (bench, squat, dl etc.) Three times a week and I alternate the meals where after workout meal would be the biggest and on off days first meal would be the biggest with a 16 hr fast starting from 8 pm to 12 pm. I eliminated whey protein also it was causing me to bloat up.

I'll take any better suggestion or recommendations. I really need some guidance, there's so much information out there which is confusing. I have a home gym in my garage I have a powertec multi system, dumbells, treadmill.

^^^ you are too hard on yourself IMO based on your stats. you want to have the perfect body overnight, not gonna happen man.. it takes time and dedication. hard to have a 6 pack and keep it over the age of 30. we all had 6 packs when we were in our late teens and early 20's. it was easy. it gets harder as you age.
 
How am I working took hard? For the past 4 months, I have been doing starting strength 3x a week where I made very good gains. I also changed my diet around. So far I slowly lost fat but gained noticeable muscle. I just want to know if I should keep taking this stuff I'm taking. I don't want my body to become dependent on it even though the doses are small. I'm not complaining or anything, I am happy with where I'm at. I just don't know much about steroids.
