Newbie here...I'm on HGH/HCG Cycle Need Advice

What's up fellas,

Just some background info I've been working out and off for the past three years without getting the proper results. I have some stubborn belly fat that wouldn't go away. My boss suggested that I got see this rejuvenation doctor his friend goes to. The doctor does plastic surgery/lipo/steroids etc.

Couple of months later I went and met with the doctor. I got my blood tested to see what levels I was at. I was very low on testosterone and hormone levels very low also. He put me on HCG 0.1iu/day and Sermorelin 0.1iu/day. He also gave me DHEA, testoreone cream (twice a day), fish oil and vitamin D. I started worked out heavy basically doing Starting Strength routine, my max limits went up like 20%.

I went back after 2 months to get retested and he switched the Sermorelin to HGH 0.1iu/day. Now I've been doing this cycle for about 4 months now and i've responded really well. Muscle mass went up, fat went down (went down a pant size) but I still have some visible fat left. My squat/bench/dead lifts limits went up 20% more.

My question concern is how long do I have to keep doing this? Should I give it a rest and then restart again at a later time. The doctor is saying to basically get retested every 2 months to check level and determine dosage according to that. I understand that but I just wanted to get some feedback on how this cycle is. It's also very expensive :)

Any feedback would be appreciated. I don't know much, just whatever information Google has available. Thanks

I also forgot to mention as far as nutrition I've been doing intermittent fasting (16hr fast, 8hr of eating) as talked about on leangains.com

I never believe that fasting is the answer to dieting I'd prefer to eat small meals ever 2 hours with a complex carb source and a good lean protien source with a healthy fat. I that doesn't work then up your cardio

I tried the whole small meals 5 times a day it just doesn't work for me and I have to keep worrying about eating all the time. I used to eat big breakfasts high in protein but I kept gaining weight. This time leaning out but I just wanted to make sure I'm not over doing on the cycle.

You were prescribed 10ius of HCG and 10ius of HGH every day? Um....seems a taddddd bit high for prescription lol.

You can take some time off the Test here and there for like 6 weeks or so maybe 2x a year just to do it. HGH just stay on that year round. If he has honestly has you at 10ius (hard to believe) of pharmacy HGH then you should transform into a lean monster.

Crap...my bad...it should be .1iu because 10 would be the whole needle. Sorry ill correct it in my OP. Since I responded well to hgh my doc lowered it to 0.7 I have to go back again end of Feb to get retested.

If you getting hgh for free or on prescription (and its genuine and cheap) stay on it as long as you can. You reap the benefits. Good luck.

My insurance covers the hcg (novarel) and lipoderm cream since my levels were so low.

Im a male 30 yrs old / 5'10" / 208 lbs.

When you were eating 5 small meals a day what were you eating, by the way 7 meals would be better, and what is your workout routine

sounds like your 'doctor' is trying to squeeze the insurance company and you out of every penny he can... they shut down a lot of these hcg scam places that were claiming hcg helped lose weight.

the bottom line is i dont care what you are given by this doctor the only way to lose weight is diet and exercise PERIOD.

if there was a magic pill then 66% of americans wouldn't be overweight

also at 30 years old you already have high levels of HGH that you can reap the benefits from if you would hit the weight room hard, especially the legs. this doc is making a good living tricking people into taking things they don't need
