Newbie here... Creatine/post work out meal

Prework out i normally consume 60grams protien 140grams carbs. Post work meal is the same as my pre work out meal ie. chicken and simple carbs like bannanas/apple juice etc.

I want to start taking prolabs creatine and thought i should consume that immedicately after my workout, and then wait half an hour and have my post work out meal. But should my post work out meal have complex carbs like pasta or simple carbs like apple juice bannanas etc.

First, that's too much carbs before your workout! Thats 560 calories just from carbs right before you workout.

Reduce or no carbs or switch to an apple or some oatmeal.

Immediately after you then take simple carbs and protein powder and no more than 5g creatine.

1/2 hour to 1 hour later you then eat a normal meal.

Hint, drinking the postworkout drink while doing light cardio will noticably improve your recovery.
