Hi, I need some help. I am 5' 10" and weigh approx. 270lbs. I am not that fat but i weigh a lot and so i beleive that i have a lot of unused muscle that might just need to be used since i am out of shape. OK so heres the question, I am wondering if i can/should use "gear" i think you call it to lose the weight first or should i just build with the fat already in place? will it convert into muscle or what. thank you for your help.
