I'm about to try my first cycle and I'm 6' 175 lbs at the moment, im 28 years old and I primarily want some of my 19 year old vigor back. My goals are to put on 15 lbs of muscle and to get in primo basketball shape. When i was 19 i could bench press twice my weight and touch my elbow on the rim at 5' 9" and 140 lbs. I'd like to have that back if its possible. I lift about 3 times a week right now and im wondering what someone would recommend for a 1st and 2nd cycle and what kind of 3 day per week routine with basketball in there twice a week.
