Well guys there is so much on this forum to understand all at once. Also Im sure if I ask any kind of question I will get about 5 diffrent ways to doing what ever i ask. So i will just continue to read and learn and take advice.


MY story: In 2001 of March I went to the hospital to have a cyst removed from under my armpit and during the surgery they accidently cut my Ulnar Nerve and a vein. They said I would get 85% of my arm back but during the beginning stages they found a blood clot and I had to stop therapy for almost 8 months. So by the time they went back to working on my arm it was to late I lost function in my hand which till this day I cant make a fist. Any ways to make a long story short after being on so many medication until 2004 my body is all out of wack. I love the gym I love photography. But my will for doing things has diminished due to all the medications. I was on morphine and other antidepression medications. I got off all the meds by myself but my energy levels are really low.

I started working out again this year using some VPX stuff my buddy had left over and wow i really started growing i went from 193lb to around 207 in about 1 1/2 months. I have to drink 3 scoops of NO Explode just to kick start me. Could not find no more VPX so I looked into the Testosterone Therapy and just got my results back and they were at 240 which I have been told its very low.

These are the things they put me on so I expect to really be able to grow more than I did before.

Test Cyp: 100mg 2x week wed. and friday
Test Prop: 100mg 2x week wed. and friday
Deca: 100mg 2x week wed. and friday

For a total of 600mg a week


and some other med. which is an estrogen stoper or something like that i forgot.

Well my goal is to be over 220 and to really lean out. I hope I start feeling more energy soon. This is my second week.

Also I hear about all the proteing your supposed to eat a day. I wish I could figuere out what Im eating Im not good in figuering that out. I know I ear right no fried foods and a lof of grilled chicken. i will keep you guys informed as to my progress with pictures and with my work outs.
