Newbie First Cycle

I'm considering the following cycle

wk 1 - 4 Dianabol - 5 mg 3x daily
wk 1 - 8 Testosterone Ethanate 250mg/wk
PCT - post cycle therapy - - Clomid

I am 27, Male, 5ft 8', 150lbs, lean/toned

I have been lifting weights for the past 4/5 yrs, but not constantly. On average 6 months off 6 months on.

I've recently got back to the gym and want to speed things up a bit wtih the proposed cycle. I understand that this is a relitively low dosage, but I have selected this as I want to test the water first with this being my first cycle and 2) I want to gain muscle, but not so much that I blow up too big too quickly.

It's also important for me to keep any gains post cycle.

I've altered my diet in preparation.. Trying to eat lots with protein shakes in between meals.

Any feed back would be much appreciated.

diet goes much beyond protein shakes nigga

sounds good just run your test e to 10 weeks instead of 8

Get some aromasin just to have on hand in case you do hold water. Although if you don't blow up TOO bad id suggest leaving the water on as i hear it helps increase strength.

20 years ago that would've not been considered a low dose.

Too big too quick??? LMFAO! When I think off all the guys that I know that take 1000mgs+ a week year round and still barely even look like they workout that should be the least of your worries.
 
I don't get this too big too quick thing. Do people honestly think that if they take a.a.s there gonna be a pro bodybuilder in a few weeks?

Yeah, like they're gonna wake up one morning and they'll be too big to fit out the door sideways? I can see it now-Dr Phil showing up with a 10 man team of guys to bust out the house wall and use a crane to load the guy on to a flat bed tow truck for transportation to his show on steroid abuse. lol

it's just that I'm a bit paranoid as to how it will effect me so I'm playing it cautious.
One concern I have is that I had bad acne when I was adolescant and i want to prevent a spot explosion.

What sort of gains do you think I can make from this cycle? I believe I have a high metabolic rate

looks good, and as the others stated throw in a bit of aromasin as well

I'm probably one of the last of a dying breed of fans of this allegedly low dose cycle. Like I said earlier, this used to be considered a decent stack for a 1st timer. I'd say 20 lbs plus another 10 of water by your last week. With proper pct and maintaining diet/training a solid 15 kept isn't out of the question.

As far as the acne is concerned-that's up for grabs. Some guys break out a little while on, but more when they come off(like me). Some guys break out badly while on and it goes away after going off. Some guys don't break out at all while on but do horribly after they go off a month or so. It's truly a crapshoot. I suggest changing your sheets 2x a week and your pillowcase nightly (if your face breaks out badly). Drink a gallon of water daily and use Neutrogena Bodywash when you shower before bed. You wanna avoid being oily at bedtime where you basically will be laying in your own dirt all night. If you have hair, this makes your pillow extra oily-which is why I suggested changing your pillowcase nightly. Chicks don't exactly dig a face full of tweeker-berries. If you have limited pillowcases on hand you can always use a clean t-shirt nightly as a pillowcase instead. That's what I do.

Ya see? Once I'm done being an asshole I have plenty of useful 411 to share. lol

See what I mean? Nobody here is gonna tell you to take less. lol I'm surprised someone hasn't told you that you will see no gains unless you triple your mgs yet.

I was thinking about swapping the test with Deca durabolin. I've read elsewhere that it's better at keeping gains.
Does anyone know? Or does it really matter?

NO! Absolutely not. You need to run the test and not even begin to look at Deca yet. Run this one and be happy. You will like the results.
