Newbie first cycle help.

K, so I'm new to weightlifting and started taking steroids. I'm 5'9 and 150 lbs chubby about 20% body fat.

I'm taking 100mg anadrol daily with 1500 mg testosterone and 600 mg tren.

My strength gains have improved 100% from benching 100 to 200 pounds but my gains have slowed a lot. Should I up the doses?

Double everything, and drop leg day

5'9 150 20% bf? Lol ur stats make no sense. Back in my day trolling used to mean something.

What you should probably do is start adding in clen at 1000 mcgs a day and make sure to eat nothing but greasy fast food to maximize water retention.

Also make sure to stack in another 4 orals with no liver support and drop your ai dosage completely because the water retention helps you lift more.

My balls have shrunk considerably and I can't get a stiffy anymore.
