NEWBIE: Family Guy Needing Some Direction.

Hi everyone. I hope someone can get me going in the right direction. I am 28 years old and work in IT. I have come to the conclusion that it is time to nip my health in the ass before I get myself to far in a hole. I currently work 45 hour weeks (6:00am to 5:30 pm with travel). I am also going back to college for my B.S. I am married with a 2 year old son and another due in June. I am trying to find some way to find time to workout as well as get my diet in order. My current weight is around 195. I have noticed over the last year that I have gone from a 32 inch waste to a 36. I would like to stop the damage. I am not looking to get ripped, but vey much like to be well toned. I own both an Elliptical as well as a Bowflex, but currently neither are seeing any action. Is there some kind of plan for a busy guy like me? I am all ears. Thanks for listening.
 
please use CFM Whey Isolate from protein factory after doing 45 minutes of cardio in the morning on an EMPTY stomach at 70% intensity. please never drink another soft drink, refined sugar is making you fat and uncut.
