newbie ????? (DNP)

OK guys i've been looking around b/c I wanted to find an easy way to cut up just a little bit for summer and b/c my girl likes it. Well my stats are 5 9 196lbs @ 10%BF round there. I wanna get down to 7%. Now I've been looking around seeing the people that have used DNP and I see that everyone is afraid to use it:confused: .

Is it honestly that bad that everyone is afraid to use it??

I put in an order for it and it should be here sometime by the end of the week. Now I've looked round and see how I'm suppose to take it and people advise me to have a gallon of water round me at all times and a fan. So does this mean while I'm taking it I can't lift. B/c my body is gonna overheat too much?????

Dude, DNP is some serious stuff.

Just by the nature of your questions, you need to read a LOT LOT more.

You need to take proper supplements, you need to do a test run, you will probaboy have to modify your workouts.

DNP CAN be safe if you use it correctly. But you need to read a LOT more to get there.

If you use it incorrectly you can get in SERIOUS trouble.

Are you ready to NOT do serious cardio? Maybe sweat like a pig? Maybe have so littel enrgy that climbinbg steps wipes you out? Maybe have your sheets soaked every night?

Its not that way for everyone, but its possible.

You need to be very respectful of this stuff.

RIKER thanks for the reply bro. I to start off with never do cardio. I'm a powerlifter so I really don't care about the cardio and normally don't care about cutting up BUT I wanted to drop some BF% for summer like I said.

About the DNP I know it's serious stuff. I've read about the night sweats some ways to avoid them are to lay off the carbs 5 hours prior going to bed. And I know the more carbs I eat the more I'm gonna sweat. So I was gonna change my diet around. Now my lifting if I change that it will hurt me somewhat strength wise which in my case is not good, BUT it is off season for me do to some injuries.

what proper supplements do I have to take???? I know of ALA, multi's, vitamin C and E, cran extract, is there anything else.
 
In all honesty you probably shouldnt even be thinking about using DNP if you have not read up on it until this week. As said above, it is some serious shit.
 
I've been reading up on DNP for about 4 months now. I didn't order until this week and when some friends found out that I ordered and they've used it they started telling me how dangerous it was. I believe I posted about DNP once at the end of a fina cycle not sure if it was on here or another board. BUT this is not the first week which i've heard of it.
