Newbie Cycle

I respect your opinion that you believe that I'm not ready, but I believe that I am and I am hoping to be able to get the advice on this board to be able to do a cycle in the best way possible with regards to my health. I don't want to go out there with only my research knowledge and experiment with roids. I'd like to have input from veterans into what would be the safest way possible for me to begin and still achieve good mass gains.

perhaps if you drop to 5 days a week mabey 4 and quit over training you will see more gains. but goddamn what the fuck is wrong with 1lb every 2 weeks?

dump this thread and read... mr.pumped posted an excellent first cycle. read all the first cycle posts so you can see whats stupid and why
i would rather know whats seriously stupid before i use, than know what people think is the best first cycle.

First off, I said MAYBE a gain of 1lb in 2 weeks. Last month I gained 1lb over the entire month. Like you said, I could be overtraining, but I'm not sure if I would be based of what my 6 days in the gym consist of. Days 1&4 are upper body weight training, days 2&5 are lower body weight training, and 3&6 are low resistance cardio (not for weight loss, but my health). So really I have 2 days off between workouts for each muscle group.

That's why I don't believe I'm overtraining. I think I'm just genetically unable to put on a good amount of mass (I doubt the cardio is displacing too many of my cals). I'm one of those guys that eats whatever they want and still remain pencil thin. Defined, but not big. There have to be some of you out there that can sympathize with this.

And as for your final statement, that "if you do not know history, you are doomed to repeat it," this is my exact reason for posting this thread in the first place! I don't want to make the mistakes others have made, and was and still am hoping that I can get some actual objective information on the topic at hand instead of the moral/ethical standpoint of if I should be starting after I've reached my natural limit or before.

Now, I'm currently thinking of a stack that might be something like...

Cycle
Weeks 1-10 Test E 500mg
Weeks 1-10 Equipoise 250mg
Weeks 1-6 D-bol 30mg
+20mg of novladex ED during cycle if needed.

PCT
Week 10 2 shots HCG 3000iu
Week 11 2 shots HCG 1500iu
Weeks 10-14 Nolvadex 40mg ED
Weeks 10-14 Clomid 100mg ED

I'm really hoping to get some feedback that can help me safely achieve my goals. Thanks in advance.
 
800 mg Deca/wk
250 mg Test/wk
80 mg Dbol/wk

skip the HCG since you've heard "controversial" things about it...there ya go.. there's a cycle...now pull your head out of your ass and get back in the gym. Spend the next 6 years balls-to-the-wall then consider AAS. Nobody is trying to shut you down here - just giving you valid advice.

You really got me all wrong. I didn't say it wasn't the time for anabolics because of morality or ethics. I said it because you don't need them. You don't know enough about training and diet. That is evident from your posts. I'm not saying this to berate you, I'm pointing to the fact that you will not achieve what you want with anabolics because you lack the fundamental knowledge in the first place. Do yourself a favor and read the training forum before you start your cycle, this way at least you will be training correctly on gear.
 
umm if anything i say train for another year....taking juice then ur ganna finish in like 2 months then working out and getting good results is going to be so hard....and your only going to be 20

so imagine being 20 and not being able to grow....jus wait a bit longer then do..and no way u plateaued already work harder and eat more.....and go to the gym 5 times a week and get a good spotter.

Duuuuuuude. That's like, too much work and stuff. Hitting the gym 1-2 times a week is a challenge enough.

that dose of eq won't do much for ya at all man and it needs to be at least 12 wks. don't start the nolva until 2 wks after you finish your aas then taper it off dropping your dose 10mg each wk.
