Newbie cycle (1st time)

Hi everyone,
I've recently started being interested in training & cycling for pure mass. I've been a natural strength trainee for 2.7 years, and 6 months ago i got me a herniated disc so my strength goals went out the window (for the time being). my rm1 stats 6 months ago were:

squat- 197kg
deadlift- 215kg
bench- 135kg

nowadays i don't test anything close to that, without irritating the disc. so i do about 10-12 reps with no higher than 100kg on squats, and no deadlifts for the time being (replaced with a simple romanian chair extentions)

anything bench and upperbody related hasn't been affected by the hernia, obviously.

my personal stats:
177cm (5''9.5?)
82kg (180lbs) - current bf% around 15, no more.
24 y/o

i'd like to know what a good starting cycle would be. i've read some articles online and found what another site calls "novice beginner cycle".
basically test-e (500mg per week) for the first 12 weeks, dbol (25mg every day of the week) for the first 6 weeks, nothing for weeks 13-14 and nolvadex (pct) (40mg every day of weeks 15-16, 20mg every day of week 17) for weeks 15-17.

any other suggestions and directions to read informative articles for beginners are GERATLY appreciated, i can't speak for articles i find since i have no idea how credible they are in the first place.
any other information also greatly appreciated.

e: 1 more thing. I'm cutting right now, would a different type of cycle-route be better for me?

drop the nolva, it's shit(!!) and you dont need the dbol for your first cycle, do a testo only the first time then you can ad a kicker next time.

1-12 test E 500mg split mon/thursday
2-12 aromasin 12.5mg eod
4-12 HCGenerate
13 HCG 1000ius x2 wk
PCT.
14-17 Unleashed/post cycle
14-17 clomid 25/25/25/25
14-19 form stanzol
14-19 Daa powder 3g's a day
 
i think if you want to gain mass in first cycle then for cutting i would recommend just diet no need cutting cycle for first time.
 
this is the first time i've heard nolvadex being bad, but then again, i wasn't around much long to know much about it.

should i give up my desire to cut for now? i consider myself to be at a very late stage in life (24) given the fact i wanted to be literally huge by the time i was 25 (but i guess my expectations were a bit exaggurated when i only started at 21-22).

any more suggestions will be greatly appreciated
 
Check all the other "newbie cycle" threads on here, almost every1 starts with testo e as the first injectable cycle. Do some reading at the sticky's and read about pct! Im sure you will learn alot!
 
You can't really bulk right now because you'll get fat quickly and not be able to see the results, if I was you, I'd cut using diet and training then once you hit 10% run the cycle...
