First cycle help.
Male, 5'11, 125 lbs -- no idea on the body fat, but it's very low -- 27" waist.
I'm a noncompetitive (really!) martial artist and though I lift up to six days a week, I don't really gain much mass past the point I've already gotten to. It's kinda like I've hit a wall. Genetics, body type, I dunno, but it just doesn't realy happen.
Never done anything like this before. I'm considering a first cycle. I've done my homework, and I'm thinking a 6-week cycle of dbol only -- there's no way in hell I'm gonna touch a needle, cuz I'm just not that hardcore and needles are scary.
Now, I'm NOT looking to gain all that much mass -- not looking for any more than 10-15 lbs with 15 being an absolute MAX. I need to keep my weight down for a lot of the acrobatics I do where other people have to lift my bodyweight, but I want to increase my strength and maybe get pretty well cut.
Now, I've never spoken to someone with any experience, and I only know what I've gotten from reading sites like this, so I'm looking for any advice.
I'm looking at orals, and with my bodyweight/goals I don't think I'm looking for a very big dose. You know -- creatine and protein shakes.
So how's the 6wk dbol sound? How many mg would I be lookin at?
