Just need some advice on my first Cycle. I am 5-9 185 lbs about 10% BF. Been working out a while and I want to add about 10 lbs of mass (if possible but will be ok with just strength gain and bf loss) and get really lean. I also need some help to come up with a good PCT program. I am going to go with 250/mg of Test Ethnate for 8 weeks and start Winny 25 mg/day in tabs after 2 weeks of test for a a total of 10 weeks, the last two with winny alone. I need to know if I need to take any anti-estrogens during the cycle to keep the test aromatization to a min or just include it in the PCT.. Any help on your end would be great. Also how many Calories should I be taking a day? 90% of BMR + cardio? Stay with carbs or go low carb??? I want to get the most out of my cycle and the least amount of side effects..
