Newbie 1st. Cycle...

Just need some advice on my first Cycle. I am 5-9 185 lbs about 10% BF. Been working out a while and I want to add about 10 lbs of mass (if possible but will be ok with just strength gain and bf loss) and get really lean. I also need some help to come up with a good PCT program. I am going to go with 250/mg of Test Ethnate for 8 weeks and start Winny 25 mg/day in tabs after 2 weeks of test for a a total of 10 weeks, the last two with winny alone. I need to know if I need to take any anti-estrogens during the cycle to keep the test aromatization to a min or just include it in the PCT.. Any help on your end would be great. Also how many Calories should I be taking a day? 90% of BMR + cardio? Stay with carbs or go low carb??? I want to get the most out of my cycle and the least amount of side effects..

Well how old are you and Exactly how long have you been training
 
if your goal is fat loss use more diet and less drugs. i'm on test and tren for my first cycle and my diet is on point...i'm not really seeing fat loss like you're thinking - I was thinking it would be more drastic too..

You are correct. But we also need to find out how old he is number one and how long he has been training before we even give him advice on the use of AAS.

Are you dead set on running two compounds for your first cycle. I would suggest just taking some Test for a simple first cycle. At 185 with 10% bf you will still be please with out using the winny this cycle. And if you grow like i do on only 250mgs of test then you will be pleased just bump it to 10wks and use the supplement from PP or Nelson for your pct Stack up.

Welcome to the site bro. We are all here to help you as best we can. I hooked you up with a free plat.

Use it to search subjects like ( ai's,pct,first cycles,and things like this).

For your first cycle I would run just one compound like test-e.

weeks
1-10 test-e 250-500mg ew
4-10 500 iu's hcg

12-16 sustain alpha 5 pumps ed. Other products like postcycle and amp02 are always great adds to pct.

Always have a ai on hand BEFORE YOU START A CYCLE!!!! I like to keep letro,adex, and dostinex in my house at all times. Just get them and always have them if you plan to be a juicer I say.

You either are gaining or losing. to lose fat with AS lower cals to 300-500 less than your bmr. you will gain some muscle and loose fat as long as diet is in order and your training/cardio program is very consistant. Test E is all you will need @ 250mgs ew for a guy your size. 10-12 weeks then pct a week after the last shot with supps Needto recommended.
Goodluck and research for a good 6 months at least before jumping on!
