I have been working out for at least 15 years (LOL). So i've gooten perty insightful on lifting for maximum results, diet etc. I have been able to get size, even stong ab muscles that show through a thick skin but I have not been able to achieve the chiseled physique I see some guys get in no time at all. For the past few months I have been training 2-3 hours a day 5 days a week. Along with the weights I have been taking spin classes 2ce a week, Versi-climbing for 20 -30 minutes 1-2 times a week, etc. I have been paying attention to my diet althought I'm not extreeme in that area. I have lowered my body fat, but damn I still don't have the chiseled physique i like (LOL). I'm ready to try AS of some sort (i.e. Deca, Winstol or Anabol). From several Forum dicussions on this site I understand that Anabol will provide strengh, size and will not hold water. What is your. Thanks in advance. Below are my stats.
1 - Age: 45
2 - Lifting History: 15 years
3 - Height: 5'7"
4 - Weight: 175 lb
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...): 18% ??
6 - Diet: Grain Cereals , Non Fat or low yogurt, in the AM, A quart of Non Fat Milk, or egg whites, One protean Shake, lots of Salads with olive oil and Steak, or Chicken for dinner. I stay away from sodas, bread pastas, desert, etc)
7 - Goals: LEAN CHISELED BODY withoutl loosing muscle.
8 - Proposed cycle: ok ..maybe Anavar 7.5 mg / day for 5 weeks?
