Newb lookin for some advice

hey guys, new to the board and pretty much all of it in general. just finished my second bottle (eight week cycle in total) of denkall's dbol (the infamous mexican crap, ino ino). my gains have only been 20lbs. im 18, 6'1 and 155 on a full stomach. need some help here because i can bench more than double when i started, but im just not seeing the gains i was hoping for. im pretty much the same shape, just a little bit bigger. ive been eating 6 meals a day with nothing but protiens, carbs, and greens. should i add juice to my next cycle, or just stick with the tabs??? some help would be much appreciated.............. ;)
 
why the hell would you eat an eight weeker with Dbol?? Did you do any research?? And Why are you doing that to yourself at age 18????


Eat a LOT more of your mamas cooking, EAT Whey protein shakes, and work out like you really mean it. you dont need aas that young. PERIOD.

dbol doesnt work for eight weeks by the way--- read up and do more research before you fuck up your body permanently.

ive read both layman's guide and chem wizardry and thought i had it down as much as i could but i guess not. thnx for the pointers, looks like i got some hmwrk ahead of me. lol,

eat as many steaks as you can...

and did i mention... eat...
you gained 20 lbs. and are now 155 at 6'1"... your diet sucks and you dont need to post it for me to know that...
unless you recently bumped it up... bump it up now... you will see results...
diet is 90%...
 
Firstly, 20 pounds in 8 weeks on a 135 frame is utterly huge. Secondly, why is someone over 6' at only 135 messing about with steroids?

Get yourself over to the traiing forum. Learn to get some heavy weight on your back and eat your way to a reasonably lean 220 pounds, at least, before you think about steroids again.
 
I have been away from the anabolics board for quite some time until recently, I forgot that there so many clueless people pumping drugs into their body who have no idea what they are doing in terms of training or diet.
