hey guys, new to the board and pretty much all of it in general. just finished my second bottle (eight week cycle in total) of denkall's dbol (the infamous mexican crap, ino ino). my gains have only been 20lbs. im 18, 6'1 and 155 on a full stomach. need some help here because i can bench more than double when i started, but im just not seeing the gains i was hoping for. im pretty much the same shape, just a little bit bigger. ive been eating 6 meals a day with nothing but protiens, carbs, and greens. should i add juice to my next cycle, or just stick with the tabs??? some help would be much appreciated..............
