Im a newbie here. I dont know if this is the right subforum for this thread as i cant find a newbie bit.
I used to train 2 times a day, 5 days a week. I only took dianabol with clomid cycle once, simply because i didnt want to start injecting. I felt so strong and was doing really well. I weighed just over 16st with low bodyfat and kept that up for years
I havent trained properly now for a while, almost 3 years as my Daughter died and i find it so hard to get back into lifting. I keep trying, but i end up not going for a few weeks then going back for a week and doing the same. My appetite has rock bottomed and my strength doesn't last as much as it did. Ive now lost 2 stone (gutted, now a measly 14st) and i have puffy nipples. I didnt have them before i lost my weight. I also have little lumps behind my puffyness, lol.
Is there any way i can get rid off them or is it too late?
Wish i could train like i used to..
