Ok, I havent lifted since junior year in high school, which was about 4 years ago. Im just now starting to get back into it, and need some advice on what type of program/supplements to take.
Current
height - 5'11
weight - 170
I would like to gain some mass, and muscle, I'm hoping to get up around 185ish, but try and keep it muscle. I've been out of the whole working out thing for a long time, and dont really know what type of program would help me out. I would like to keep it to 3 days a week maybe 4. Just any info/help would be great.
