New Year's resolution rush

Well...it's that time of year when our gym's get flooded with the new peeps as they fulfil their new year's fitness resolutions. I don't think it will last too long. Give them at least 1-2 months. But, seriously, I wish they would just stick it out. Make it a lifestyle ya' know!!!

I think for me, the worst part is the parking lot! omg! Now we have to park so far away. haha.

How has your gym been so far?

Mine hasn't been to bad but I try to go before and after the rush my gym is generally cleared out by 7 at night and when I am there in the morning for cardio no big issue either.

I have been in during the afternoon and at evening and it's picked up significantly. A lot of new faces. This year I'm trying to have more of a positive attitude about it instead of just being annoyed at it!

I noticed last year by the end of January it had died down significantly and those few that were gonna stick it out did.

my little gym went crazy. There usually is no more than 4-5 other people there when I go and that has jumped to 15-20.

yaya there's lots of new people in the gym but they are mostly all on the cardio machines so it's OK

My old hym had a pretty limited cardio area and it would always those resolution people on it from like 5-8 but they were gone before the end of January.

Last night I was at the gym for 6:30 really not to bad I had to change one of my super sets cause people where using what I needed other than that nothing.

I am going to get there tonight for 5:30 or 6:00 do cardio hopefully it's not to bad.

Tons of new people at my gym....but yeah, most don't come into the weight room. They are already starting to die off, though....so much for resolutions - lol!

Thats not too bad, but its nicer i think when its emptier in the weight area-easier for me too focus, i get distracted by other people sometimes too easily-
