In this video, I explain how to run a proper post cycle therapy (PCT) after a steroid cycle.

A proper PCT is comprised of the SERMS clomid and nolvadex, an AI like aromasin, a good natural testosterone booster, a liver/organ detox supplement and the SARMS ostarine and cardarine.


• Clomid and Nolvadex increase levels of LH and FSH in the body, which increase free testosterone levels.
• A natural testosterone booster will signal the leydig cells in the testicles to restart testosterone production.
• A liver/organ detox supplement will help cleanse the liver and kidney, regulate blood pressure and balance cholesterol levels.

This is one good and informative video! Thanks for making the effort of filming and posting it here. Unfortunately, I see on a daily basis how people underestimate the importance of running a proper PCT, since a good PCT is half of everything. Without the right PCT you will struggle to keep the gains made on cycle, and will not have a smooth recovery. This is why it is so important to pay so much attention to this aspect of steroid cycling.

This is a great reference for guys with questions on PCT. You can see now why we always stress never cutting corners on PCT. Also remember that you want to have all of these products/compounds in your possession before even starting a cycle. You do not want to set up for failure and start before hand.
