alright alright.. sorry for the liar bit.. it was meant in light sarcasm - not harsh criticism..
so let's answer some questions shall we.
1. right.
2. about my size.. actually used to be 5'11 176 then took AAS for 6 months or so knowing nothing really on how to take them but still blew up to 215 and have maintained at 193 and 5% bf since... actually until 3 months ago when i stopped working out and got fat.
but in one of your later posts you said that you "don't have too much bf"
3. i'm thinking you need a better goal set, i.e. " i want to gain 15 lbs of lean mass and lose 10 lbs of fat"
4. i honestly can't tell you about a cutting cycle.... i know you should look into something like eq/winny/anavar or prop/deca/winny or eq/prop/tren or anavar/winny etc.
5. clomid... again, i can't help but think that you've read too many posts.. but yes.. if you do any type of major cycle of AAS that shuts down your hpta (test, deca, tren, winny, eq, etc) then your gonna need clomid
300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-12, 50mg days 13-21 or something similar
6. gonna depend on you and your metabolism and your cycle and your aerobic activity (and activity in general) etc etc.
7. the ones that have crap for caloric content and still loads of calories... ice cream, cookies, etc etc. again... more research needs to be done on your part here.
there's some answers, maybe not all, but some.
i still maintain that you need to be more concerned about adding mass at this stage.. that's what i would do anyhow.
