Hey everyone, been reading a lot of posts and I like the board so I thought id join and was hoping i could get some advice. I know a lot of people post questions about begginer cycles and what not and people usually tell them to read other posts, but IMO each cycle should be specific to the person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lets start with the stats, I'm 5'10" 190lbs dont know my bf% but its too high ill tell ya that much lol. anyways, im looking for fat loss and a cutting cycle. im aware i need to do cardio and diet for the fat loss part, but what AS should I use and what amount and for how long, should i use clomid, how much and when.... also whats a good colorie intake per a day for fat loss, and what type of foods should i stay away from.... well guys hope for some good advice and thank you in advance.
