New user saying Hi and have a question....

Hey everyone, been reading a lot of posts and I like the board so I thought id join and was hoping i could get some advice. I know a lot of people post questions about begginer cycles and what not and people usually tell them to read other posts, but IMO each cycle should be specific to the person. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lets start with the stats, I'm 5'10" 190lbs dont know my bf% but its too high ill tell ya that much lol. anyways, im looking for fat loss and a cutting cycle. im aware i need to do cardio and diet for the fat loss part, but what AS should I use and what amount and for how long, should i use clomid, how much and when.... also whats a good colorie intake per a day for fat loss, and what type of foods should i stay away from.... well guys hope for some good advice and thank you in advance.

when i joined the millitary 11 years ago i was 6'0 and 160lbs. i stayed in the paras for 5 years and then joined the special forces where i found out i needed some size to get somewhere. i used Protoproin, HGH this shit cuts fat like a hotknife in butter and if you dont grow then youre not frikkin human, only problem is youll need a nice bank manager to be able to get the shit!!

what part of the country are you in and how patient are you?

if it were me, i'd do a bulking cycle and get my muscle mass up and then work on cutting down the BF%

actually, i take that back. first i'd cut bf% naturally over a month or two, then i'd do a bulking cycle then i'd do a cutting cycle.

cause to me it'd be a waste of money to do a cutting cycle when you don't have a firm muscle base that would make you look good if you did cut.

and, if you're anywhere that gets cold for winter you might as well do a cutting cycle from sept to dec then a cutting cycle from feb to april and go into next summer fucking yoked...

that's what i'd do.
 
the winters dont really get that cold around here :) anyway, i dont have that much bf, it just feels like i have a layer of fat over the muscle if you know what i mean.... but thanx for the insight
 
uh.... james. i just came back and read your original post again.. and you need to do a little more research buddy... especially if you're asking "should i use clomid?"!!
 
i asked if i should use clomid because i know there are other substitutes to clomid and different kinds for different AS, believe me I have been researching. just a little misunderstanding

oop... you're wrong on two counts.

1. you have NOT been researching..... liar

2. it is a LOT of misunderstanding.


keep researching and reading... like for another 6 months.. then consider a cycle.
 
well maybe instead of telling me that im misunderstanding a lot you could tell me what im misunderstanding so i can be better informed, dont get on my back because i dont know as much as you
