New user looking for cycle info

I have been doing my reseach for the past few weeks all i want to do is gain about 15-20 lbs in the summer i am 6'4'' and about 190 now i been going to the gym for along time and it seems i have hit a peak i cant get past im in good health and im a rescue swimmer in the navy i need this edge in order better save my victoms if any one can give me a cycle and dosege i be greatful i been looking at d-bol and deca and win ..i just do not want to get tits i can deal with a lil acne and oiy skin and i also do not want to have alot of water retention
 
u need 2 do more than a couple of weeks of research.

age?

what do u know about cycles? pct? AI's? serms? diet?

stay away from the dbol if u want 2 avoid water retention or possible gyno. have u looked into plan ole test?
 
im 23 ... and yes i glanced over it i do not know much about it. i ben studying Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and win really hard due to i know a few people that have done it and Dianabol - methandrostenolone - i know a few as well hints why i enbraced thos 1st and as far as cycles i have no clue on dosage and how long i do know Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - is a longer cycle compaired to Dianabol - methandrostenolone - and yes i do understand there should be a 2-3 weeks of aromatase inhibitor's and as far as diet lots protean and caliories

u need lots more research b4 diving into this. trust me on this.
 
the elite addict your pretty thin for 6'4. Id build more natural mass before using gear. a good weight for you natty id say would be 220-230.[/QUOTE said:

i work out 5 days a week for the past 2 years just never have hit over 200 thats why i thenk gear is the only way
 
gear doesnt work on its own. sounds like u have a diet issue.

poor diet & gear = poor results

Seriously...you need to increase your food intake. Focus on getting 2 to 2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day. Eat every couple hours. You simply need more food. Also, make sure you'er taking in enough (good) fats. Add olive oil to your protein shakes, take fish oil (liquid or caps). Avoid taking fats with carbs. Meals should be protein and fat OR protein and carb.

Start eating. Until you learn how to eat, you can take all the gear you want and you won't gain much size. It will mostly go to waste. No real short cuts bro. Even taking some steroids requires hard work in the gym and the dinner table to get results.
